Honesty, the only reason why I am writing this review is because of Andy. Andy had such a warm personality and genuine care for all of the customers in the restaurant when I stopped by. Thank you for making me feel special and serving such delicious food! I hope management knows that you’re a keeper!

I would suggest people weigh their protein servings if they can. They claim all their protein servings are at least 3 oz. portions (which are still smaller than what you get at similar places) but the last few times I’ve ordered I didn’t even get 2 oz. per serving. I contacted them about this via email and received a response from the assistant general manager. Unfortunately they tried to justify this by implying that I might’ve received bigger portions than usual in the past and that’s why they now seemed smaller, which is obviously not true since I weighed the portions. He did offer me a free bowl but that was not the point of the complaint. You would expect them to acknowledge the issue so people don’t get less than what they pay for in the future.

i lovee fresh kitchen so much, It’s so delicious and has so many options to choose from. They also have a lot of gluten free and vegan options. The staff is the nicest and atmosphere is very friendly. I recommend the strawberry fresca lemonade very

I never post a bad review but this was the worst experience I've ever had there and I usually love this place and have recommended it to other people even and I really don't even want to return after today.I had two 6 bowls and was actually getting food for someone who had just had a long day and it was their birthday so this was just extra disappointing.It started off with a girl serving the noodles and there was a bunch of spinach still on her tongs, so it went on a bowl ordered without spinach. Whatever not that bad.We'd ordered one bowl with double citrus chicken and one with double almond chicken, which they were out of. She put one scoop of citrus chicken on both. This I guess was really confusing to them.Their solution was that they leave it that way and they just get me a thing of almond chicken when it came out. Because that way I would technically get what I paid for. Wow. I said I wanted sauce on top but also some on the side, which I know they sell. This was really confusing to them too?I had my bag that gives me a discount and the cashier forgot to give that to me too.When I got home, I noticed they didn't even fully close the bowl on the bottom, the lid was just sitting on top of it, and it had spilled a little. Lol.I scraped the citrus chicken off my bowl onto his bowl and cleaned up my to go bag and now I'm angry ranting on Google because I could almost cry and I feel awful that now I feel bad and had to apologize when I wanted to do something nice for someone on their birthday.I wish I had stood up for myself in that moment, but everything seemed to confuse them, and I also didn't feel like fighting with the staff who needed to make sure I didn't get more chicken than I paid for, and at this point I just wanted to go home.I hope management sees this because I have always loved Fresh Kitchen but that experience makes me not want to go back.
