this place was absolutely disgusting paid 12 dollars for a chicken Cesar wrap (that is not what i got at all) there was no chicken on my wrap and it was warm. i guess i should’ve known when i asked them for extra dressing and they said they had no cesar dressing (keep in mind i ordered A CESAR WRAP and he said they had them. im just a lil disappointed in the lack of service and clarity on what they sell.

Ordered Freshii for the first time today and I’m beyond disappointed. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl bowl and received a bowl with no chicken and the rice was so drenched in soy sauce that you can’t even eat it it’s so salty. I called Freshii multiple times to no avail. First and last time I order from here.

If I could I would give 0 stars for the poor customer service. Ordered my food via food delivery app. I ordered extra sauce and not only didn't I not get the extra sauce they didn't send any sauce at all! So I received a dry bowl of veggies and noodles. I called the restaurant and they were very rude, hung up the phone on me, when I would try to call back they just ignored me. Never again would I waste my money especially with so many restaurant options in this area.

Where the owner takes most of the employees tips and where the manager makes the work of the workers a nightmare! I have been working in this place for almost 5 months and there was nothing I could do because the manager is the owner's friend, and at some point I was going to get fired for any kind of reason. I have been harassed all these times and being treated in the worst way possible. Hope you think twice tipping here and even helping a business that promotes a terrible and intimidating work environment. Katie, the owner, is probably the meanest person I met in my entire life. I like coming here only when the ladies are working, so I’m giving it 3 stars for them. The guy at the front desk acts like the food is coming out of his paycheck. I paid $35 and tipped him 20%. To get 2 bowls Buddha satay and the chicken bowl. I paid for extra chicken to only get a literal handful on the chicken bowl and there’s barely any food in my Bhudda bowl. Next time I go here(if I decide to) and he’s there I’m walking right out. It’s the second time this has happened.

Was in the area and was looking for something healthy for lunch. I saw a sign for this place and checked out the menu online. It looked delicious so I decided to give it a chance. I really thought this was going to be good but was just a huge disappointment and waste of money.I ordered a wrap which is featured on the sign in the store. When I asked if there were chickpeas in the wrap (because they were shown in the picture but not in the description) I was told I could add them for an additional charge. I didn't add them and ordered just my wrap. There were two people ahead of me and one person who ordered after me. I felt like the order was taking a really long time to make and before I realized it about 20 minutes had gone by. The person who ordered after me was now being given their food and I had not received mine. The person behind the counter, who was now a different person than I ordered with, asked me if I wanted the bowl she was making for here or to go. I told her I ordered a wrap and she said, no the order says xx bowl. I responded and told her I had ordered xx wrap and she seemed confused. She then found my ticket discarded off to the side. It took another 5 minutes or so to make my wrap bringing total time for a quick meal to 30 minutes.I took my wrap to go and ate it in the car. After waiting 30 minutes and spending $15 on it, I really wanted it to be good but it really was not enjoyable. There was hardly any "chicken" in the wrap - and the chicken did not look like fresh chicken. It was small, was basically all Veggie and lacked flavor. I was still hungry after eating it (should have been 28 grams of protein which is usually very filling for me) and ended up getting a protein shake because of it.I would not recommend this place and would not come here again. So many better places to get a wrap or a salad!
