Friendly Confines Metro West

Was visiting my daughter and son in law and came for lunch. Wings were perfectly cooked, burgers were delicious, and the bartender/server was great.

Customer service is hit and miss. Got the menu took them 20 minutes too even notice i was ready too order. Iwould have understood if it was bussy but it was not at all.

It was nasty in hall as we entered the establishment Definitely not like the other 2 locations. The Bartender later told me they are not affiliated...I can tell. Not many selections on drinks...we just turned around and left..

Had the Irish Nachos and they were the best nachos I have ever had in my life. Our server, Omar, was attentive and kept my beer full. Great patio vibe, good time. We will be back.

Great service and cold beer!The Cajun pasta with both grilled chicken and shrimp was really good, just a bit too much salt on the shrimp.Loved the eclectic music selections and choices of sports (NBA games) offered.Had a great time!

Perfect little hole-in-the-wall that I've been going to for years. Great place to grab a drink and relax.*UPDATE* Stopped by to watch the US World Cup match with my pooch, since it's a pet-friendly location. They always make her feel welcome. And they're so attentive to me, even though I'm sitting outside. I'll always stop by this place when I can.

It was clean. I thought it was a sports bar pub. The only team they were representing or had anything posted for was Nebraska.Nothing to support Florida teams.The waitress we had had no knowledge of the beer choices. When ordering food, she also has very limited knowledge of the menu. We were patient with her.

You should not call yourselves a Browns Backers bar. I have never had such terrible service at a restaurant! Our table has been sitting with dishes on it for over 40 minutes. And no one has even attempted to take them! The food was good but everything else unacceptable! We had to ask them to clear the dishes!

The food was good and the service was great. Sometimes you may have a long wait to get your order but, not every time.

Came here to watch a soccer game from the Colombian league. They set up a whole room for us w/ the game on. We had a blast eating and having drinks while watching our team become champions. We had a party of over 50 people and they accommodate us all. Wings where crispy and fresh. Loaded fires where a good personal size and also crispy fries.

Was here last night for Monday night football. Bartender was inattentive and super slow like he didn’t really care. Young guy with a Jack Daniels hat. Saw him walking around serving the outside tables when I first walked in. Must have been short handed but for Monday night football the restaurant should have been better staffed.

Post hurricane Ian , the owners had to recruit former staff Cara to help out. She was very efficient and sugar sweet. My only question for management is how did you let her get away.

Had a fun meal with friends. The sweet Thai chilli wings were delicious. They watched baseball which seemed to make them happy. So everyone won.I'd go back.

They have a huge selection of beers and ales. To the point of confusion. Bar staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Food was good for a bar. Darts and pool too. Had a few great evenings here.
