Was visiting my daughter and son in law and came for lunch. Wings were perfectly cooked, burgers were delicious, and the bartender/server was great.

Bartenders are not nice and not welcome at all. Came at 11 on Thursday and from the first moment i was not welcomed and treated with the attitude. Server with red hair literally was yelling thru the bar, all time on her cell. Place stinks like a very old place. Beer was fine. But i do not recommend

It was nasty in hall as we entered the establishment Definitely not like the other 2 locations. The Bartender later told me they are not affiliated...I can tell. Not many selections on drinks...we just turned around and left..

Just moved into the area and found our new neighborhood bar. Bartenders Victoria and Omar were the first two that we met. By the second visit, they already knew what we order and before we even sit down at the bar our drinks are ready and in front of us. Now that's service! We enjoy our new bar, the staff, the food, and other friendly patrons.

We came here on a Friday night at 8pm and the place was almost empty. This is not a good sign for a restaurant especially when our first choice place was so busy it took 10 minutes to find parking and 15 minutes to realize it was going to take forever to get a table. My husband had been wanting to try this restaurant because he's from Chicago and is a Cubs fan. Apparently there's something about Wrigley field and the friendly confines. He was disappointed to realize it was a regular sports bar with a variety of team memorabilia from all over the country. We weren't here during any big sporting events so I can't speak to whether or not you can watch a Cubs game here. Our waitress was great with bringing drinks and checking on us. The food wasn't bad, just not anything special. My chicken wrap had very little filling so I was mainly eating a flour tortilla with bacon. My husband loves spice so he ordered Death sauce for his wings. He had to ask for extra sauce and even that was not very spicy. The chicken skin was not crispy. He ordered sweet potato fries and they initially brought out regular fries. Our waitress brought out the correct fries immediately when we mentioned it. The fries were definitely the highlight of the meal. If you're in town with a big family looking for a budget friendly place that you don't need a reservation on a weekend night (except maybe during a big sporting event) definitely try this place.

Had the Irish Nachos and they were the best nachos I have ever had in my life. Our server, Omar, was attentive and kept my beer full. Great patio vibe, good time. We will be back.

Friendly Confines has a few locations here in the Orlando area and this was my first trip to this particular location. My introduction to this Chicago-themed bar was at its location in the Waterford Lakes Town Center, which has since closed down. The menu here is your typical bar food. I do not mean for this to be a disparaging comment, there is nothing wrong with bar food. I have made some incredible memories while eating bar food and there are some bars that i will always associate with a particular item on their menu. All in all, this was a particularly positive experience and I will give it an overall review of four stars. If you are looking to grab a few drinks with friends or maybe something to eat (or both), I would definitely recommend this location of Friendly Confines.Oh, in case you are wondering about the name, Friendly Confines (the bar) gets its name from Chicago's Wrigley Field. Wrigley Field has the nickname of "the Friendly Confines." Pretty cool name for a Chicago themed bar.

I went to Friendly Confines on a weekday night, where we had wings and drinks. The wings were very good, and the drinks were strong. Service was also good, as everyone was friendly and the service was quick; and it just so happened to be trivia night. It was difficult to hear the trivia host at the bar but, nonetheless, it's a nice, quick outing if you want to grab bar food and drinks. They also have pool tables available.

Great service and cold beer! The Cajun pasta with both grilled chicken and shrimp was really good, just a bit too much salt on the shrimp.Loved the eclectic music selections and choices of sports (NBA games) offered.Had a great time!

Perfect little hole-in-the-wall that I've been going to for years. Great place to grab a drink and relax.*UPDATE* Stopped by to watch the US World Cup match with my pooch, since it's a pet-friendly location. They always make her feel welcome. And they're so attentive to me, even though I'm sitting outside. I'll always stop by this place when I can.

This sports bar has the potential to be a great place but fell short during my visit last week. A group of 10 of us walked into a pretty empty place. We saw one other large group of maybe 10 people. There may have been one other smaller group, but I didn't see where they were seated. There is plenty of seating inside and out. It was cold so we sat inside. They offer high and low tabletops, as well as plenty of bar seating. We sat at least 20-25 minutes with no one addressing us, including the 2 bartenders. At this point, we went and got the menus on our own. Shortly after, our waitress came to get our orders. She was very good, although we just wish she addressed us sooner. The late night happy hour was only for drinks, no food specials. My Long Island iced tea was very weak and honestly a waste of liquid calories. It only set me back about $5, so I'm not complaining too much. There were many options to choose from. I settled on the claw platter for $14.99 and ordered the sweet potatoes and lobster Bisque (upgrade charge) for my 2 sides. I couldn't decide on the sauce, so I ordered an extra one for $1 more. The food came out quickly. My claws (tenders) may have looked burnt and dry, but thankfully, looks were deceiving. The Bisque was tasty but missing the chunks of lobster I was hoping to see. I didn't expect much, though, since I knew it was a sports bar. It was a bit strange to see the breadstick served with each entree, but I enjoyed it.Overall, people seemed to enjoy the food, but the inattention of the service at the beginning and end needs some work, especially when it isn't busy. At least take a moment to say hello and drop off some menus.

It was clean. I thought it was a sports bar pub. The only team they were representing or had anything posted for was Nebraska.Nothing to support Florida teams. The waitress we had had no knowledge of the beer choices. When ordering food, she also has very limited knowledge of the menu. We were patient with her.

You should not call yourselves a Browns Backers bar. I have never had such terrible service at a restaurant! Our table has been sitting with dishes on it for over 40 minutes. And no one has even attempted to take them! The food was good but everything else unacceptable! We had to ask them to clear the dishes!
