Only one table occupied in dining room and we, a family of 4 adventuring from the closest hotel was wanting ice cream were told it would be a 30min wait at 9pm, they close at 11pm. Staff was 6 people and we were told they were short staffed. In my experience, Friendlys is a must visit at most vacation destinations with great service. Im sorry to say this was a disappointment. Friendlys, please take note.

As a whole the service is known to be a bit slow because the restaurant often has them shorthanded. We had Anna and she was AMAZING, so busy and she was all over doing her best. There was NO peanut butter and we mentioned my mom’s birthday and joked about using the PB Jar as a bowl. She went above and beyond by scooping the bottom and it made my Moms night! Anna is awesome!

We came in to celebrate my birthday with some nostalgic Friendly’s fare. Everything was delicious! Our server was Annamarie and she was very accommodating and kind and even scraped the last of the peanut butter sauce for sundae! She made this Birthday girl end her day with the happiest of endings!! Thanks!!

It is some of the best ice cream around taste wise. They don't have to put candy on it to make it taste good. Ice cream from Ohio. They are moving apparently to lake Buena Vista. A nice treat indeed for Disney attendees.

Went and they had no ice cream or food. They only had butter pecan, butter crunch and vienna crunch flavors and only a few burgers, no fries or other food. How do you operate a business without food? Umm check inventory levels and order stuff in advance.

I grew up with Friendly's in New York. I was excited to find one in Florida!! Stephanie did so great taking care of our huge table! We all had meals and ice cream and she was so nice. Everything tasted great. I was so happy feeling like I was reliving some childhood memories with my own kids and my mom!!

I waited almost an hour then ended up leaving because they couldn't tell me how much longer. There were only 2 waitresses
