While Friendly’s may be fondly remembered for their family friendly food and fun deserts, they current incarnation is more all over the place with a generic “American” menu, generally not great service and an odd problem of frequently being out of items. This location has really struggled since opening and while it is still an OK option in an area completely full of every chain restaurant known to man, nostalgia and not the food or service is why most will choose to return.

I used to go to Friendly’s as a kid and saw this one was open to give it a chance. Just save yourself the time and don’t bother. We waited almost 25 minutes just for our drinks. 8 tables, 1 server. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich melt and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. The breakfast potatoes were mediocre. We won’t be coming back.

My son loves this place glad it is still around. New building but definitely authentic Friendly's service and feel. The fries have changed and the grilled cheese bread was a little different. But overall still a really good visit.

I thought this was a new place but it really smelled when we walked in and when the air came on it seemed. The bathrooms are in extremely bad shape. Just don't look up! I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like! The food was good and our waitress was lovely. I think corporate really needs to see this location and get repairmen in pronto! Makes no sense to get rid of the old location for this one and to also pay rent now to the building. Sorry Friendly's, but I can't have my loved ones visit this location.
