Great Hamburger and French Fries on Colonial Drive. Fuddruckers as a chain has gone through a lot of changes over the year. Starting in 1979 it evolved to its current form of 156 restaurants in the world, about 7 in Florida and 3 in Orlando. This particular restaurant is one of those three Orlando sites. It is located in a strip center mall on the north side of the street. Parking is in front of the store. The entire front of the store is glass and is very open and clean with booths along the left side and back and tables in the center section. You enter and place your order at the counter. The staff was very friendly and efficient. There used to be a full condiment bar with pickles, onions, salad. The new store does not have that but does have 3 sauces (ketchup, mayo, and barbecue sauce) so if you want these items tell them when you place your order. A medium hamburger meal costs about $10 and includes a burger, fries, and a drink. Drinks are tea or the magic coke machine. Food takes a little time because they truly prepare your order as you place it. The fries are seasoned and excellent. The buns and hamburgers were just the same, delicious. I had the tea and it was not very good. I could not find a trash can but I did see them bus tables quickly after people left. Overall, it was an excellent meal, in a nice restaurant, with pleasant staff at a good price for a lot of food. I would recommend this to my fellow travelers.

I literally have no idea why there are low ratings, but this is my first time grabbing food from any Fuddruckers and the burgers and fries are piping hot and fresh. All the ingredients on the burger are fresh and I'm thoroughly impressed by the food.

Not the Fuddruckers I remember in Illinois which they closed. A lot changed especially the burgers. Slow service too. One good thing is the bun taste good.

Sadly I have to give a poor review. I have always gone to Fudruckers and had good service and great food. However, today's experience was not as good. I got home with my hamburger, turkey burger snd fries only to find the bun on the hamburger soggy, the fries cold and the turkey burger freezer burned. Hope this is not the norm.

The burgers are fresh and delicious and this is one of the few places that actually succesfully cooks it to your desired temperature, not just well done. The wedge fries are lightly seasoned and we love to dip them in the hot cheese sauce. The onion rings have a light crunchy coating that is quite yummy. This is a good deal for a great burger. The small combo comes with a healthy side of fries and refillable drink for under $10. Add cheese for 75 cents. Due to Covid, they no longer have the help-yourself toppings bar, but they provide whatever you want upon ordering.

I normally don't write a terrible review, but this place really deserves a bad review for customer service. I took my mother in for a burger before taking her back to a rehab center. She wanted Fuddruckers, so $35 later order is in and went to a bench seat up front well away from the crowd in the back. Moved a few chairs to sit up front away from others. I was told to move to the back and could not wheel my mother in a wheelchair away from other people to a seating area away from others in the restaurant. It was clear the area we were in was cleaner than the back area. I won't speculate on the reason. I was scolded by two staff to move to the back. I explained we wanted to eat in the restaurant but away from others. Both employees were so rude about this. I will never go here again. So many other restaurants wanting to take care of clientele. If I could leave no star I would. Terrible.
It's ok. AC didn't seem to work as well as it could in FL. Half the seating area was blocked off.It is kind of expensive for what you get.

Can’t cook a burger to temp? Really? Place was tidy but definitely not clean, drink options very limited like no sprite, and yea…no mustard? Also, the clerk yelled at me and my wife to put masks on. Florida doesn’t have a mask mandate last I heard. Will never come back here again. I used to eat at Fudd’s once a week in Miami so this was truly disappointing

Trash service with just okay food. The food wasn’t bad, I would have happily ate it, wasn’t amazing and wasn’t bad. Service though was a nightmare.I drove halfway across town for my to go order and picked it up. Upon inspecting the food at home I noticed my Tex burger was missing. I let the staff know and was told that “They didn’t want to deal with this, their manager would be back Monday and to call him later” they wouldn’t even give me the managers phone number. They told me to drive all the way back to the location on Monday to get my refund for a order I never received.I ended up having to go to a different restaurant to get food. I even gave the people at Fuddruckers a tip just for doing a to go order they messed up on. What a terrible place.

Went there to eat with my Family, but since we didn’t have a mask we were told to leave. Now I see why they weren’t busy and no loss to me. It appears they needed my money more than I needed to eat there. Lol.

When I first came here they were great and that was in the beginning of covid-19 the condiment bar is closed So you can't customize your burger anymore you have to eat it the way they make it Their employees don't care about making your food And the manager was very rude to me and demanded That I put on a face mask Making Me lose my place in line.And the food Doesn't taste the same anymore If you want to get good burgers I recommend you going to SmashburgerThe environment is way more satisfying Plus the food actually tastes amazing And they have a lot more varieties When the manager made me lose my place in line It got full quick when I got back inside I got upset Because you know how long those lines get so I just left..And this goes to the managerI hope you read Look dude you need to be more professional than that next time be nicer about the way you asked people to put on a face mask
