Out of Honey mustard, but the food was acceptable to 2x 8yr olds girls, a 14 and 16 yr old boys. Of course the 1lb burger family contest had 14 yr old lost.

Food was really good, but the serving size was to be desired. Hardly any fries and asked the attendant and she said that's just standard. While I do understand, you have equal quality, less cost like 5 Guys that load you up. Overall good experience just dissatisfied with the value.***Update*** Initially, I left a fair 3 start review based upon good food, but disappointment in value (cost vs what was received). I have adjusted the review based upon the false pretense of caring. When someone asks for your time to share with them details of the experience, but then declines to answer/respond, it just shows the disingenuousness of their request.

Face masks required to order! Not to do anything else of course, like wait in crowded line, get up and walk around, but to order. Good job guys, way to placate ignorance and fear. Way to not use any facts about masks and this histeria. Oh, but then give you a mask and ring up the mask on the order. Lol. They're so honest. Track it so you can write them off on taxes. Used to love this place, but atmosphere is part of the experience. The ignorance and fascism of this place has killed it for me.

Really nothing too special about this location. The AC was broken the last time we went. Always seem to be low/out of sauce. I find the burgers to be just average. I feel like we settle for Fuddruckers rather than actually wanting to go. I have had much much worse but I've also had much better.

Cant share on how the burgers taste but front service was rude when greeted and their topping bar was closed with very small limited menu items available. Also was told he wouldn’t serve us bc we weren’t wearing mask... although no one in the restaurant was wearing any. Even the rest of people in line. We left.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all they want you to wear a mask regardless of vaccination which you're in Florida!! No mask mandate!! This makes the first experience where I knew I was dealing with people that couldn't teach their way out of kindergarten. Second it was the worst food I ever had at any fuddruckers. I asked for a medium burger and got a well done one TWICE!! Didn't send it back again in fear of my food coming back with "extra bodily ingredients". The fries were soggy after I asked for them to be fried extra crispy. The staff is rude and have no clue what customer service is. This is by far the worst place to eat in all of Florida and with their BS mask wearing policy it's only a matter of time before this place shuts down. I saw dozens of people walk out and I should of followed them out. This is the worst Fuddruckers I've ever been to and will never go back and will tell everyone the same. FIVE GUYS IS WAY BETTER!! and they have normal functioning people there with common sense to make a burger the right way!!

It was dirty. There was a puddle in the middle of the restaurant by the soda fountain. Dangerous for the kids that were there.
Restaurant is still requiring masks to order but not to pick up your food or get your drink. If you don't have a mask they will refuse to speak to you. My friend had a mask and I did not so he had to order for both of us while I sat at a table. I went to the iced tea machine and noticed that it smelled bad but still filled up my cup. When I got back to my seat I saw 6 fruit flies floating in my tea. I went back to the machine and noticed there was a swarm of flies around it. I'm not sure how long that tea was sitting out but long enough for it to be rotten and attract a whole swarm of flies. When I told one of the employees about it they seemed very annoyed that I was telling them the tea was bad and full of flies. They rolled their eyes at me and walked away. The friend I was with just wanted water and the water that came out of the machine was yellow. So neither one of us drank anything. The only redeeming quality was the food was delicious. We ate our burgers, after checking all of our toppings for flies, and enjoyed the meal. The service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

We went to Fuddruckers on S Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL twice. The first time we went was two days ago, late afternoon and had a great experience. Second time we went 7/14 around 2:30pm and was not the best experience. First our burger were supposed to be Medium well they both came out Well done. One of them was suppose not have pickles and ended up coming with pickles. We asked for four ranches I was told we could only have one per person, definitely wasn’t a problem from the first time we came though. The last thing that just made it have a bad rating, is we were done eating and had to sit their to wait for our Oreo milkshake that we ordered when we order our food. It makes a difference of dinning experience when you have great workers and bad workers. Word of advice definitely try to go around the late afternoon if you want a great dinning experience here.

Not a great experience as it was in the past. Due to Covid the toppings bar was closed. The food was not that great. There was a staff member actively cleaning tables and asking of anyone needed anything.
