The food is all very good here;the sushi rolls are really excellent. The Heaven roll is exceptionally delicious. The service is always great and the place has a nice cozy atmosphere. We come here every time we’re in town.

Amazing sushi in the ucf area. This is my #1 spot by UCF. They have unagi donburi on the secret menu, delicious! Best salmon nigiri, some places don't soak/marinate the salmon but this place does it perfectly. Excellent fresh salmon flavor. best price for quality nigiri. Just wish they'd get otoro (bluefin belly).

We stopped by Fuji Yama for lunch and their portions were generous, the food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and flavorful. We had the teppan lunch chicken, sushi rolls, and tempura—great value for the price! The staff was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant had a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, tasty, and affordable lunch spot!

We always go to buy2get1free night and it's always amazing and delicious. They have great sushi every time we have been over the years and never had an issue. The servers all take care of you if they see you're low on drink or anything you need in general. It's nice to be taken care of by everyone, not just 1 person! We love the atmosphere and always tell our friends to come and get incredible sushi at great prices!

Absolutely amazing sushi! The fish was incredibly fresh, and every roll was packed with flavor. The presentation was beautiful, and the ambiance was cozy yet modern—perfect for a date night or a casual dinner. But what really stood out was the service—it was the best! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience. Plus, the spicy octopus was my absolute favorite! Highly recommend trying it along with their signature rolls and sashimi. Will definitely be coming back!
