Gabriel's Submarine Sandwich

My 19-year old nephew is visiting me this summer from London, and I *had* to take him for the Gabriel’s experience. He wolfed his meatball sub and said “we have to come back before I leave!” As usual, Kyle and all the staff were delightful. See you again soon!

The food was great and the people were even better. My wife and I plan on getting sandwiches from them every week!

Save your money and get a pub sub!!! This place is absolutely disgusting, the restaurant is filthy dirty and the food was sub par, pun intended. The one good thing I could say is the bread was soft? The table we sat down and had not been cleaned. The air vents have so much condensation, they dripped down on me not once, but twice during the short time that we were there. I have no clue how this place has been in business for so long! It’s completely lost on me how they have so many good reviews. Im from Miami and there is no shortage of good eats there! Orlando, unfortunately leaves so much to be desired. Our meal cost $40 which was an epic waste of money. Needless to say, we will never be back!

Fun, happy staff serving large portions of excellent American Deli style food. Prices are very fair, not even considering the large portion size. Busy but not slow. Lots of take and carry out orders came in and out too. I ate in and will be back every time I am in College Park. Sadly Kappy's in Maitland has lost their lease after 57 years and is forced to close...fortunately Gabriel's continues a long Orlando tradition.

Best subs in Florida. Iconic college park sub shop. It's a one of a kind store. Familynowned great people. Perfect sub shop. It's a must stop if it's your first time. Don't add mayo. It perfect the way it is. I know because I'm a mayo person

Counter serve with a weird process. Staff appeared distracted waited an additional 10 minutes for onion rings that never were provided! Refunded for onion rings. Philly sub pretty good

A hidden gem for sure! The food is always so delicious and the customer service is AMAZING. It gives you a family vibe when you walk through the door. I visited this place twice in one week for lunch. First I tried the Stacked Ham & Cheese the bread was so soft and fresh and the Lemonade just do your self a favor and try you will NOT be disappointed. The next time I went I tried the Cheesesteak and Wings that were garlic, teriyaki and something else but it was the perfect balance of sweet & spicy and it was the bomb. I literally could go on and on about this place. I will definitely be back and if you’ve read this review this far so yourself a favor and visit Gabriel’s this place is the truth.

I drive by this sandwich place often and finally got to try it. The menu states staked meat so Im thinking this will be a mighty sub, well... the bread was good and soft but there was no meat and no flavor to my sub :( the Buffalo sub was really spicy too.
