I ordered through Uber Eats. Received half my order and no utensils. And the bonus was the food containers were not sealed. I called to discuss. The person answering the phone was told by the manager that I needed to call Uber Eats for a refund. I asked her if their policy was to send food out for delivery without being sealed. She said the Uber driver seals the food. 🤷🏼♂️ I hope they run the restaurant better than delivery. Very disappointing.
