Gator's Dockside Hunters Creek

My friends and I frequent gators dockside hunters creek about once a month for AYCE wing night.Its been hit or miss the last couple of times for food and service.
Last night had to be the worst ever!!
We were there from 6:30 until about 8:30 and to say the least our experience was awful!
We all had the AYCE wings (6 of us)
First order came out timely and was great. But the reorder is where it went downhill.
We placed our first reorder as soon as we got the initial first order of wings. The reorder took over 30+ minutes to get to us and 2 people in our party never received theirs. When we all reordered again the 2 people finally got their wings and th 3rd reorder took almost 40 minutes!
We asked for a manager (2 times ) never saw one and they never came to the table and we were all ready to walk out when the 3rd order of wings came out.
Needless to say we will never come back to that particular restaurant.

Stephanie Soto and Alex tender were amazing they were both so attentive and sweet to us . Also the food was amazing , it was my first time here and I will definitely be back .

Stephanie Soto is my favorite always sharp with a her pleasant smile she has been taking care of and my mom at the st cloud location even doe I live in cloud now i come to John Young location

Very good service and atmosphere. The waitress Stephanie Soto was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. The food was great and almost no waiting time. I will definitely come back again.

We expected to be able to get the gator bites but they weren't on the menu. Only gator tail appetizer. Music was loud and server didn't come up for a bit even though it wasn't very busy. We ended up leaving to go elsewhere. May be a nice place for others though.

Great food, atmosphere and our Server was Fantastic! We were a party of 14 and she kept everything flowing smoothly ❤️ Highly recommend Gator's Dockside!!

Affordable place for family dinner. Lots of options for everyone in your family. We had fried pickle appetizer and gator tail, both were good. Fish tacos were not great, but i did like that you could pair with any side. Fish and Chips were good as were wings. This place is super clean and service was excellent. Not a lot of deals in the area, but we were pleased with the value here! Would 100% visit again.

We eat out for the majority of our meals & it is refreshing to go to Gators. The atmosphere is very nice as you have a choice where to sit, either inside or outside. They have high top tables or low top. The food is always good.

Stephanie S., was our waitress & she was absolutely wonderful. She came back to check on us several times to see if we needed anything else. She was very helpful & was knowledgeable on the menu items, & what the specials were for the day.

We go to Gators Dockside/Hunters Creek about once a week. We never feel rushed & the staff is very accommodating.

Mike is a phenomenal server! He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable! With the most upbeat energy and smile, this man definitely wants to make me come back to this location and forget an Ale House even exists! Thank you Mikey!!!

While the food is great, the service takes so..... so long. Ordered a refill of wings for my partner and it took 20 minutes. It also took about 20 minutes to get another order of wings in which just adds time. This is also based on minimal people here.
