I visit Gators to watch college games. I had a little problem but Amanda the manager solved everything. She was very patient. My family and I will continue going to see more sport games.

Liz Marie is the best server and keeps us coming back! She is very attentive and makes every visit that we have enjoyable.

Last week she ran the Bingo event on Tuesday night and she had us laughing and made the experience even better than before!

Mimi is the best bartender. I love her customer service. She is very polite and patient when it comes to her customers.

Mimi, the bartender had the audacity to unplug the jukebox halfway through “Happy Birthday” for my niece arrogantly proclaiming two people at the bar wished to watch football. When our twenty seat table complained she refused to tell us her name. Alone this would be enough but matched with the fact that we had to on multiple occasions walk to the bar for refills, the staff is decidedly both useless and unprofessional. Mimi in particular tried behaving above her place and needs to be reminded of her role in service.

We've been there several times and always greeted with a smile, the food is always done the way we want it and they take special care with my allergy. The establishment is clean. We will definitely continue going to Gators Dockside Lake Nona.
