Ordered a burger medium well and this is what received. Completely uncooked.
Very bad experience, I went with my daughter and grandson, they didn't want us to sit down, everything took a long time and it bothered the waitress that there was a child, and to top it off the ticket went wrong and they wanted to charge us what wasn't.

This gators is extremely hit or miss for both quality and service. Cesar salad had rotten bits of brown lettuce... Last time their French onion soup had regular white bread instead of croutons or sourdough.. it was terrible.. wings are the only thing decent here.

All you can eat wings, well didn’t work. You may be hungry for more wings, but they only can cook one order per hour…. Your hunger will go away just waiting.

We've been to a few gators through out the years, and for a place who really made their name on their wings, we were highly disappointed with this location. Ordering twenty wings, fried extra crispy and to have them come out basically like they were boiled and thrown in different sauces was a major let down. The skin was so chewy we had to send them back, and not to mention they were half the size they have been in the past. We stated we don't have an issue waiting extra time just to have them fried crispy, but when they finally came back out, it was still basically just chewy wings in different sauces. Our waitress was nice and tried her best, but then disappeared after our entrées came out.
