I enjoyed my Gelato. I normally don't eat anything that's chocolate flavored but I was surprised with the Dubai's chocolate! I now have a new favorite!

I would strongly advise against visiting La Carraia Florida Gelateria. My girlfriend and I ordered two pineapple gelatos, my girlfriend received hers first and immediately noticed a long dark hair that she pulled out and asked for a replacement. We sat outside the shop and had a few bites of our gelato when I found more dark hairs inside of mine. As this was the second time we found hair inside our gelato we decided we weren’t going to finish them and bring this to their attention.

When we requested a refund, only one gelato was refunded, despite both being inedible. The staff showed little concern for the situation and handled it with complete indifference.

This is not the level of hygiene or customer service that should be acceptable, especially at a place frequented by tourists. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Had the hazelnut and Italian custard gelato scoops. The hazelnut was smooth, but the Italian custard was on another level, it's perfect and easily my top recommendation. Honestly, one of the best gelatos I've ever had

July 2025, we bought 3 lg tubs & all tasted like perfume synthetic flavorings.

Very expensive lesson.
