The dessert here is amazing. We went there when we were in Florida and got some ice cream. It is definitely an awesome location to go to if you like this sort of dessert and are in the area

Tried the Chocolate Lovers Hot Fudge Sundae and the World Famous Hot Fudge Sundae — the hot fudge itself is absolutely mind-blowing. Price is on the higher side at around $19 each, but worth once for the experience.

I am extremely disappointed with what Ghirardelli has become. The prices are absolutely outrageous. The menu boards only highlight the $20+ ice cream options, and if you just want a simple scoop, you have to specifically ask the cashier. We ordered 4 single scoops, and it ended up costing us over $80 plus tip. To make it worse, even the waffle bowl is $4 extra.
On top of that, they still prompt for tips, yet there is no service. You wait around in a small and crowded space, pick up your own order, and if you have multiple cups, you’re left juggling everything or making several trips yourself. For what you pay, the experience is ridiculous.
This used to be a fun treat, but not anymore. I will never come back here again, and I strongly recommend walking just 1 or 2 miles away where you can find better ice cream at a fraction of the price. Disney Springs has sadly turned into nothing but a money grab, and the joy of it is gone.

Ghirardelli’s at Disney Springs is a sweet spot for both your taste buds and your Instagram feed. The fudge & ice cream are rich/indulgent, perfect for cooling off between shopping sprees. Bonus: you get great views and live entertainment right outside most times! Pro tip: get a Mini Sundae; it’s half the price and still generous enough to crush the craving without leaving you in a sugar coma!

The ice cream is amazing but they are Not Inclusive! My daughter is celiac and cannot have any gluten. We wnt to Disney Spring
And They refused even to wash the scoop to avoid cross contamination, just because they are afraid of legal complain.All other restaurants are adopting this they are late and couldnt care less about customers.

Is this a joke? The sundaes are smaller than ever and $18-20 for one sundae????? 6 years ago you used to get double the amount for $12. $20 for a sundae makes me sick.

Got a mini sundae recently. It’s an ice cream sundae - nothing special other than the price.

Love the milkshakes here! Always delicious. The visit last week was a little surprising as it took much longer to get our milkshakes than usual despite a relatively short line. The kitchen was getting drinks out quickly but they were short staffed at the expediting station so our drinks sat and melted for a while before our buzzer went off and we were able to pick them up. Still delicious but wish we could have gotten them while they were still thick!

I am thankful they generously provide a sample. 🍫 🚶‍♀️

Delicious sundaes!!! Friendly people. Cute place. A must-visit if you’re at Disney Springs. No calorie counting allowed.

We love getting an iced latte every time we are in downtown Disney! we've been doing it as a little tradition for years!

Smells good, looks good, but double and some were triple the price you can get in grocery stores $60 for 16 squares.

I am a local and I think this is one of the best places for the price to grab deserts. They have a good selection and everything I have had here is pretty good. It is one of the more fair places to eat a desert for the price. I highly recommend this place.
