Best dessert place in Disney springs.

There are a million reasons to love this place from the ice cream to the shakes it's a must visit while in Disney Springs. But what truly sets it apart is the wonderful staff. I recently visited with my two autistic children and Elaine was wonderful. Noticing that my son's bag was about to give way she offered to help him and made his day. She smiled over twenty times in the time we were there and made everyone's experience a true treat.

I don’t know why the plant-based sundae at this location tastes nothing like the one at downtown Disney, CA. For starters, it wasn’t even OK. It was absolutely disgusting. The Sunday I had at downtown Disney, California was absolutely incredible and out of this world!!!

Unfortunately, this sundae tasted like it was made with coconut milk rather than almond milk. The chocolate was just nasty. I ate two bites and then I was done. Nearly $20 down the drain. It’s really a shame because I was craving this sundae and it tasted nothing like the one I’ve had before.

It's nice to be able to eat a dessert that everyone else is eating! The options for non-vegans are plentiful. The non-dairy hot fudge sundae has the same calorie count as their Carmel salt sundae -- definitely a good one to share! Updated from previous review on 2025-04-02

Their non-dairy sundae was ok.

The sundaes and chocolate are fantastic, with a good variety of options. However the cost is far too high, even for Disney Springs (a single chocolate covered strawberry is $6), and there aren't many tables due to a poorly designed interior so seating is a challenge.

Overpriced. 16USD for a small sundae and it’s not better than some fast food.

The worst banana split I have had! Also line up to pick your food is long and they don’t let you know that in advance. They don’t have a counter so you can approximate when your order is ready for pick up. Everyone seems to be on top of each other. And the best part is they charge $20 for a banana split which doesn’t have cooked bananas. Very disappointing. I was expecting more from this brand.

Such delicious treats, and they're always well staffed so I don't have to wait very long on those busy nights.

For ice cream it is really lovely but and it’s a big but the actual cost of these ice creams is astronomical. $35 for two is extreme.

The staff could not, and would not even attempt to accommodate for my son’s allergy. they have a dairy free sundae option which would have been fine for him. But when I simply asked if they could just notify the staff in the back that it was an allergy, so they could change their gloves and use a different scoop. The manager said he would not.

I’ve never had an experience like this before. I was so disappointed. Luckily Salt and Straw in Disney Springs was more than happy to accommodate us and take allergies seriously.
