Cool place to go. Just a place to go buy expensive chocolate haha they only sell certain sizes drinks and not sure why. Just different.

At Disney Spring, always the line is long, but it's the more delicious Ice cream. If you visit you need to stop here.

Sundaes used to be bigger and less expensive. Since they put them in plastic cups quite a bit smaller!!! Good quality but just so expensive. Friendly service. But no seating inside, and when it's a hot humid Florida day even in the shade outside is really uncomfortable and ice cream melts fast!!!

The milkshakes, especially the Nob Chill Hill, is to die for. Not too sweet, just right. They’re a bit on the pricier side but worth it.

Line was very long but moved FAST! I got a mini sundae and one chocolate cover strawberry. Mini sundae was great taste like an over load of everything Ghirardelli! The chocolate covered strawberry was amazing. It was huge fresh and very sweet!

Spent $35 on two ice cream sundaes. Waited about 20 mins after ordering to get our sweets. Wasn’t super impressed with them, the strawberries seemed still slightly frozen, the chocolate was so thick we couldn’t even stir it into the ice cream. The presentation of them were spot on though. Wouldn’t go here again.

Very unique, I’ve been here always when I go to Disney Springs it is a must stop. I personally get a plain old Waffle Cone and a Hot Chocolate and dip the Waffle Cone into the Hot Chocolate, but that is a personally treat. I was with my friends who ordered a Sundae (not pictured) with cookies and ice cream and it was really mad. I had some of it after they couldn’t finish it and boy was it good. Another friend ordered the shake, and I can’t speak on her behalf, but I can stay the look on her face was priceless. Very enjoyable experience. Would recommend and come here again.Kid-friendliness: Great environment for kids.

Big disappointment! I used to go to their store in downtown San Francisco and it was awesome! This place at Disney springs is a joke! It’s $17 for a sundae that was slapped together and soft and sloppy! They should be ashamed of themselves but it’s a goldmine because it’s tourists. The executives need to do something about this mess.

Ordered dairy free ice cream and had a dairy-induced reaction within 45 minutes. The staff served the wrong ice cream and made me very sick. Be wary if you order here.

We have been coming here on vacation every year for 11 years now. This was the worst service.First they removed the tables to be able to sit & enjoy our treat. Then we waited outside because it was too crowded in the shop. They no longer bring your treat out to you, they hand you a notification device (aka buzzer). My son ordered at the same time as us (on a different register). He received his notification within a reasonable amount of time with as busy as the sort was. We waited almost 10 more minutes before our buzzer went off. By the time I made myself through the crowd and was cut in front of twice, the server ignored me until the 3rd time I said "excuse me". Then he looked at me and acted like i was disturbing him. After telling him that my buzzer went off (which had stopped buzzing by this time) he went and talked with 3 different people behind the counter without explaining anything to me. Then he asked for my receipt so I had to make my way through the crowd two more times and after showing him that I had purchased a Hot Fudge Sundae, he said it was not ready. I stood there for 3 more minutes before he shoved it at me and said "Go".There no apology for the wait, the fact that they gave away my food to someone else, nor the rude behavior. This has been a long standing tradition, but that may be over.So long Ghirardelli!!!
