We were just there today. We ordered a Banana Split IT WAS FREAKING DELICIOUS!!!! So smooth, creamy and flavorful ice crem. 100% recommended

The ice creams are good, but I can't give it five stars because the service was terrible. You go to enjoy a good ice cream and meet a rude, haughty, arrogant, disrespectful girl who should take a customer service course so she can work with the public. I don't put the girl's name because she didn't use a name tag! Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place because I don't want them to mistreat anyone like they did to me.

One of the girls who works in this place is disrespectful. I came with my family and entered the tables at 9:49 at night and 10 minutes later they kicked me out of the place just as they handed me the ice cream, as if I were a criminal, right now it is 10:08 and on Google Map the closing time is at 10:30 as it appears in the photo I posted, I asked you to please give me at least 5 minutes to try to finish the ice cream and she rudely told me that I did NOT ask her for her name and she didn't give it to me. She doesn't even have a name. I don't recommend this place because of the bad treatment the girl gave me.

What made my experience was Kevin at cashier he was very nice with excellent customer service and the hot fudge milkshake was wonderful, 10/10 will come back

People were rudeish service was slowish for the line but that could be customers ordering slow, and there's no attempt to beautify the place but it's delicious ice cream for extremely cheap. Don't go to twisty treat ever go here

Bad service from a girl at self-service

Fantastic ice cream spot! Giant portions at reasonable prices. The cone photo I posted is a Small fancy waffle cone. I couldn't even finish it. Taste was on point also. Good quality ice cream for cheap prices.
