I wanted a burrito that I can hold and they put it on a plate for me to cut, put cheese on the top and lettuce on the side. Not what I wanted 1 star. Everything else was good though

Ordered delivery. The main thing I wanted was Bruschetta. It came with sliced bread, a cup of tomatoes and 3 packets of ketchup. Since when does ketchup go on bruschetta?? Obviously it gets packaged separately to avoid getting soggy but this is absolutely mind blowing. Will definitely skip the big name next time and go local. Lesson learned.

I LOVE Giordano's deep dish pizza. So much so, that since I relocated from my hometown Chicago, I get it shipped to my home and anytime I am near Orlando, I pick up one or two to bring home. This time was different though. I picked up a pizza on June 14th and I am not sure what alternate cheese product is being used or mixed with the traditional mozarella Giordano's has used for decades but the cheese used on this deep dish was disgusting. I could not eat it and ended up tossing it. For the price point, this was unacceptable and I am highly disappointed! Please do better.

The Chicago deep dish was good, the crust had a nice slight crispiness to it. The waitress was super friendly as well and the entrees were great. Be warned though if you order the deep dish it will take about 45 minutes. No baby changing station.

I have only been to Chicago once and I tried Giordanos for the first time when I was there. Every since I have craved that authentic deep dish pie, recently I discovered that Orlando has a few of them so I had to try one. The cheese pull never disappoints and the taste put me right back in Chicago again

Service was not attentive what so ever and almost worse than the pizza which was not good what so ever. Got the thin crust. Wish I had gotten the deep dish pizza. Overall not good and won’t be coming back
