Great Place! The owner/manager is a great people person! Really into serving others! Great servers too! Pizza is Delicious! Will defenetly come back soon! Next time I will try the deep dish pizza it looked amazing!

Stopped by prior to their peak times. Service was fine. Waitress came to the table and got our order and didn’t see her again until four minutes prior to pizza coming out. Pizza was deep dish Chicago classic. Not quite sure how something can have a cheese pull but still be cold at the same time but that was the case tonight. Cool place for the novelty but not sure it would be my go to pizza joint if I lived closer.

Well. I try not to leave bad reviews unless the bad experience is completely ignored and not acknowledged and/or rectified. I admit that this restaurant is in a tourist ridden area. The evening we ordered was on a Thursday evening @ 7:53 pm. The order was $99 for 3 pizzas and 2 of the pizzas were burnt. We called to report the burnt pizzas and just to request a replacement as we had 6 adults for 1 pizza after the other 2 were not edible. We were given a number to text pictures to and sent the pics as proof. The manager answered our call back and told us they were giving us a partial refund. The reason for the 1 star review is due to the lack of quality control check and they let us leave without even looking at the pizzas and then didnt send another out. We had to find other food to eat and get delivered after 9pm. Furthermore. The amount we paid for 3 pizzas not delivered but picked up by us is insane. Way too much for dough,cheese and meat. 12 inch and 14 inch pizzas. Not large pizzas. We would have been better off with Dominoes or one of the standard chain brands. We have been offered a refund but as of 48hrs later the refund is not posted. I will gladly update as soon as it does. The management did reach out to us after we called. They were apologetic and happy to offer recourse in a positive manner.

THE TASTE OF THE PIZZA IS STILL GOOD.BUT WHEN ONE PAYS EXTRA FOR INGREDIENTS, SAUSAGE, PEPPERONI ETC. ON A STUFFED PIZZA AND YOU SHORT THE CUSTOMER.EVERY TIME IT'S SHAMEFUL, IT IS SO SHAMEFUL.YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT PUT ANY MEAT ON THE PIZZA AT ALL.IF YOU'RE GONNA DO IT LIKE THAT. I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN CHICAGO I KNOW WHAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE ON THIS PIZZA.AND THE AMOUNT IT SHOULD BE ON THIS PIZZA.IF YOU WANT TO RAISE THE PRICE AGAIN, RAISE IT.BUT DON'T SHORT THE CUSTOMER, IT'S AN INSULT.

Food and service was good.. we did wait awhile before someone came to our table
We had Parmesan fries, Caesar salad, fettuccine Alfredo, and the meat and more meat Chicago style pizza. Everything was great. Just what we were looking for. Service was excellent. I've never been to Chicago, but this is what I imagine a Chicago pizza place's atmosphere to be.

LoOoOve Giordano’s 🤩 We make it a point to eat here whenever we’re in the area—it’s just THAT good! We always get the stuffed pizza and while I want to try other toppings, I always get the meat and more meat. We thought the place was going to be packed, but there was tons of seating in the deck. There was a convenient heater heating up the space since it was cold, it was like a light bulb—which was pretty cool. Our waiter was great! I forgot his name but he was Nigerian and Brazilian and when I left he came after me to give me my jacket which was VERY much appreciated. Can’t wait to go back 🤩🍕🤤
