4:30 PM place our orders and it took almost an hour the waitress came to our table and told us that they could not make the chicken wings we ordered cause they need to change the oil What business decides to change oil during dinner hours I guess they do. pizza was burnt, Garlic knots did not even taste like it had garlic it was more like bread knots And the marinera sauce was watery

Great Italian restaurant in a strip mall. Had the Veal Marsala, and it was fantastic. Crowded, but great service!

I'm sure there Regular pizza is good.. but good lord.. don't order the Margherita.. I think cicis pizza would have been better

The service was great. The meat pizza was real good. The vegetable pizza, well didn't expect broccoli in it but I didn't ask either. 5 stars cuz the waitress was real good. We came in about an HR before closing and she still served us with smiles and attentiveness.

Nobody wear a mask! Including front end staf. Customers walking in the kitchen and hugging kitchen staff.Other locations of same family, are better. Too bad i moved from Oviedo, which i think has better. But not sure the Oviedo location follows the same deploarable conditions.EDIT: how would you explain customers getting up from the bar and going to the pizza kitchen and hugging the staff? Family like, which is ok in a home, not a restaurant.Did the customers (family or friends) from the bar even washed their hands?You may think that’s all right, not everyone agrees with you.I was a regular at the Oviedo Giovannis. Never saw that break in hygiene.Bye bye, never again to your place.You’r not in my listEdit 2: if you are looking for good pizza and pasta, drive up a couple miles to the Giovannis’s in Oviedo. The food is better there, or it used to be.

Has been sometime since ordering takeout and this evening was clear reminder on all accounts of why we stopped....I give 2 stars for being convenient

The food is really good. I like to stop in real quick and grab a slice of whatever pizza is available. Service is good as well. They were very accommodating when I had my kids there once.

My daughter and I each ordered Chicken Marsala at the Lake Mary location yesterday. We both became very sick within hours of eating. I reported II to management today. The manager was very dismissive and told me that no one else had complained about eating that dish yesterday so it could not have been the food. He said nothing would be done by the restaurant unless it was approved by the owner, who would not be visiting the restaurant until tomorrow.

It was good! I hung out here with my grandmother and we both had a good time! I don't like Italian but they had a very diverse menu so I ended up getting the mozzarella sticks and they were very good! Also the portions are good, my grandmother got the lasagna and my mom got the stuffed shells and they both had enough for another meal.

I ordered a deep dish cheese pizza to go. The to go service was good, but walking in to get my pizza left me smelling like cigarettes, and the pizza was honestly not great.It tasted cheap, like 2008 Chuck E Cheese pizza. I’m saddened to have spent $25 on a pizza that has honestly left me feeling queasy and gross over the past few hours.I’ve been told the other food here is good but i would never recommend the pizza to anyone i liked.

Good food! I went here a couple of times with my family and it was great, The bathrooms were clean and the people there are nice. I would strongly recommend a cheese pizza from there, It's so satisfying with all of the cheese and flavor they have in it. Overall it was very good and I hope you will try this soon!.

Frankie is the best bartender in town! Great local Italian and bar. Great people.

I normally love this place. I've never been let down. I haven't been in a couple of months, but I went tonight and was completely disappointed. I was bragging to my parents who are visiting that I know the best place in Orlando for pizza. I got the large Giovanni's Special hoping for the loaded toppings and delicious flavor that I know so well. I opened the pizza when I got in my car and noticed it was flatter than usual, had hardly any toppings, and the flavor wasn't the same.
