The oxtail was absolutely horrible it was salty with no flavor I called and spoke to the manager and she stated she would give me a small portion of food in exchange for the $50 I spent for two oxtails I would never return they switched the cooks the oxtail looks okay but do not buy it do not eat it it is absolutely horrible I got nauseated and sick from the high sodium content do not eat here... I do not recommend anything here they are charging for something that they are not delivering... If you are going to charge About 30 dollars for a large oxtail it better be authentic and good.... salty dry and husky with absolutely no flavor and missing all of the spices. Shame on you for charging this amount of money for absolute garbage.

I worked with Ms. Simone and she helped me to create a perfect menu for our wedding. We had it delivered as well and they were just super timely and professional. She was also available every time for any questions that we had. Thank you so much for playing such a wonderful role on our wedding day….AND of course, the food was delicious and everyone loved it, especially the oxtail m!!!

They catered my daughter’s wedding. The dishes were all very tasty. We are Jamaicans and wanted authentic food, well they delivered!!! Miss Simone was very reachable and very accommodating through the entire process. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT US, had the guests talking about how delicious the food was. Thank you so much for making our day a success.

Very strange this morning I'm regular customer I love golden Krust usually staff is very nice great customer service makes u want come back but This Morning I don't get this 1 staff member in My opinion she rude to me she CONFIRM IT THIS MORNING SHE SAY SHE HEARD ME TELL ONE OF STAFF LAST TIME THAT RUDE OKAY THAT MY OPINION SO THIS MORNING U BASICALLY GIVE ATTUIDE THEN BRING THAT UP WOW THAT SO UNPROFESSIONAL IM JUST TRY GET FOOD AND GO I LEFT FEELING LIKE I DONT EVEN WANT EAT THIS PATTY OR PORRIDGE LIKE LADY U PROVE MY POINT THIS MORNING U ATE NOT PLEASANT ALWAYS SEEM U MAD OTHER STAFF SMILES MAKE U FEEL WELCOME DONT THINK IM BE STOP AT GOLDEN KRUST ANYMORE I DONT THINGS LIKE THIS REALLY I JUST WANT SPEND MY MONEY FOR FOOD GO DONT WANT STAFF BEING RUDE FOR NO REASON ????

Please train your employees. A new one here, she is always unpleasant and has an attitude , always fussing about something. How dear me place a second order after she served me the first although I had not yet paid. She promptly asked me in front of the other customers *yo si di line behine yu? I coulda serve yu d same ting one time instead mi wase err time* . I was embarrassed, disgusted and lost my appetite almost threw the food in the trash can after I paid for it. Please remind your employees that the customers pay their salaries and should be treated with respect all di huffin, puffing over the food we are about to eat. I am more than 20 years her senior. She is sooo disrespectful. Customers should not be treated as if we are a at soup kitchen begging them for food. Dont just thank us train them to provide respectful customer service.
