Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

Just left the store and cashier was super rude and impatient for no reason. She apologized to the people behind us as we were leaving for us apparently “holding up the line” when we were paying. Her attitude from the beginning was the reason I didn't order food but my boyfriend wanted beef patties so he got them, dont know if thats why she was rude, shouldn’t matter. First time and last time walking in there.

Highly disappointed and discouraged, I don't know if this act was committed by the delivery driver or restaurant. But my money was spent and taking advantage of ..I ordered oxtails which I received but the eating up beef patty bag left inside was diabolical?? And the patty wasn't received. At least have a decency to discard the trash. Stealing food or not honoring your menu is uncalled for.

From the moment I walked in, the staff (Diana) greeted me with a warm smile and outstanding customer service. She truly made us feel welcome and appreciated. The food is delicious, perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of flavor. Every bite tastes like home cooked comfort, and you can tell they put real care and love into what they serve. The portions are generous, the atmosphere is inviting, and the service is top-notch. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for tasty Caribbean food and great service!😊

I ordered the oxtail plate and I couldn’t even chew them because they were so tough. I wasted $30 but never again.

This was my first time in Orlando buying food from Golden Krust. After driving 18 minutes to get there and the food is very disappointing. The gravy is so thick you can cut it with a knife. I bought plates for my family and I, we all have negative thoughts about it and not to mention upset stomachs because the seasons in the gravy was not cooked down all the way. The curry chicken is pink still and the fish smell and taste raw not wash properly at all, the patties are so hard and dry. For the amount of money I wasted there they need to pay their chef more then maybe he or she will cook with live and authenticity. This was the worst’s Jamaican food I ever had. Lesson learned cook my own curry, brown stew, and fish at home even if I’m tired. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!! Or you’ll be in the bathroom all day and night.

I have walked out of the line of this restaurant several times because there’s one person attending the customers that are ordering food. There’s a few in the back and no one comes out to help and then the people helping us are talking talking talking just standing there talking to a customer that’s already got their food. They see the line, but they don’t even care. It’s like they’re just there for a paycheck and to hell with how long the Customer weighs for food I just walked out again. It’s Monday, 21 July and I just walked out again because they’re talking talking talking and don’t care that people are standing in line on their lunch break and they don’t have time for this Crap

I've always had good experiences at Golden Krusts, but this was my first time at this location. EVERYTHING was severely underseasoned. The jerk chicken had minimal jerk and definitely wasn't marinated to get the flavor all the way through. The cabbage and white rice had absolutely no seasoning. Also I asked for spicy beef patties and there is absolutely no spice in the patties. I couldn't even finish the food because it was so bad. I hate leaving bad reviews,as I am in the industry too, but hopefully this helps your business.

I only get the spinach patty or vegetable patty. Both ate great, they run out of the spinach one constantly which is a bummer. Too many times I go and they are out. And it's not like I go right before they close.

Purchased a lg curry dinner and the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way. It look disgusting. Very disappointed as I always get dinners from there. And I use to get a large dinner for my son and I because it was more than enough Now the lg looks like a small for one person. I will not be going to that place any more
