Before the parade was about to start, we got the shrimp gumbo and the beignets. The parade starts right there in Frontierland so it is great to see the parade and then keep on moving. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and so tender, the gumbo had a lot of good flavor. The beignets were a perfect sweet treat with a lot of powdered sugar. It was a good standing snack while watching the parade go by. Definitely sharable.

The beignet was just okay.

Though this was the first time I've met a rude employee in Disney. There was 3 people in the que, and I accidently got in the wrong side but I immediately realized and got to the correct side of the que (was just for a split second) and yet the employee (don't know her name but it was a woman with a dark skin/dark hair who work on 17th October at around 5.30pm) thought it was necessary to drop a snarky comment pointing next time I should enter the que from the right side (I went to the end of the que by Myself as soon as I realized, it was just a split second, honest mistake as there isn't any sign for the line)

Need to train the employee better! I wouldn't even think she is 'decent' in standard hospitality industry, while for Disney where the service is supposed to be extra, she sucks big time.

I would never go back to this Disney.

Disappointment, that's what I felt while eating in this restaurant.
Offering a limited choice of dishes and the description of which was enticing, we thought we would have a pleasant time before resuming our day.
What a mistake! The prepared meals were full of bad-tasting sauce. We had to peel our breaded chickens so we could still enjoy a few bites of our meal.
We won't be going back!

Excited about the new beignets but the were terrible. Two flat pieces of cardboard with sugar on top and empty in the middle. Skip it. Go get some from New Orleans Riverside.

I had to try Tiana's Beignets 💖. A delight. They have a filter and cups so we can drink fresh water as much as we want.

I didn't know beignets could be bad, but the ones here are beyond horrible. If you've eaten a beignet literally anywhere else, you'll be so disappointed in these. They're in no way fluffy or fresh. You can watch the vast bins of them be dished out for you. A good beignet should be fresh and these are far from it. Beyond their stale nature, they taste of old oil that powdered sugar can barely try to balance out. Staff taking orders were the norm, but the man serving the food was not the typical Disney employee; didn't speak and looked miserable to be there.

Got the beignets. They were hollow but tasted fine. The menu here does look pretty good.

We were in Magic Kingdom and decided to split some items between the five of us in our party for a snack. We got the Hot Honey Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries and an order of Tiana's Famous Beignets. The food came out pretty quickly, and it was delicious. The chicken was juicy and the sauce on it was delicious. The sweet potato fries were amazing. I usually do not like them but they were crispy and seasoned. The beignets were also really delicious. They were soft and pillowy, and sweet. We really enjoyed this location! They also had free water outside which we appreciated because it was very hot out.

After finishing at Tiana’s bayou adventure ride Ive had my mind on beignets since the night before. I was gonna make it my mission to locate these fried confectionaries for a medium snack. There’s a few other locations that serve beignets besides this location, information was limited to locating without just going. There’s a little sit down area for this specific location with limited shaded seating from the sun. You get 3 beignets to share or gorge yourself if you want with one sitting. These come out warm, drizzled in honey, and finished drowned in powered sugar to make anyone need a hand wash station post eating. If you’re looking of food themed snack of Disney Louisiana, then this your stop. Bon appetit!

I tried the infamous beignets which were $6.99 . I would say overrated it the word. It’s empty in the middle. Paying way too much for something like this . I wouldn’t recommend. The sugar just falls off everywhere. It tastes nice but wouldn’t buy again.

Every food vendor in this park gouges, but this place was 30% cheaper than the rest. The young man who took our order (we were there around 1:30 pm April 30, 2024) was polite, friendly, and professional. The food was served fast, and it was quite tasty. Would definitely return.

This is one of my favorite secret little spots in the park. Even if it’s not really a secret. I love sitting down at night and having some loaded cheese fries and taking a breather. They also have really great rotating offerings, especially seasonally. They had a Hocus Pocus handpie at Halloween that was so fun. Very limited seating. There’s usually a spot but you can also head over to Pecos Bill
