The service here is very good! I ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea with the Black Tea option and I was able to customize it with levels of 100% sugar and 25% ice. The entire staff was quick and knowledgeable. On my way out I had tripped and sadly dropped my drink and it exploded right outside the door. As I was going to enter back inside the shop, one of the bobaristas said to wait and offered me a bag so I wouldn't bring a dripping mess inside. I offered to pay for a new drink but they got right to work on making another drink for me and said that I did not have to pay again. I found this customer service very great and I recommend visiting this place. They also have nice picture spots with decorated walls. Definitely coming back!

So I'm still learning about boba and tea places and stuff like that. A had been to a couple of mainstream places around town, but a couple of friends of mine swore that this was The place. The place. So we came here one night after some poke, and I was completely overwhelmed. The teas and the milks and the boba and the jellies. There are so many options, and I don't know what goes well together. I was lost. But the friendly girl at the front counter walked me through it, figured out I love sweet things, and that I love chewy things, but not too chewy. And I settled on the thing for me.I don't remember exactly what I got. I remember it was sweet, it had some cream cheese foam on the top, and there were rectangular jelly pieces that were in the bottom of the cup and sucked up through the straw like a vacuum cleaner. It was good. Very good. I don't have any more information. Just know that if you like teas and stuff, and like helpful employees, you will like this place. Bravo, guys!

If you'd like to catch diabetes then come to this place, I've been to a few other Gong Cha in texas and the drinks were good. Ordered 2 original milk tea with foam and it wasn't drinkable, 2 sips and it felt like our sugar intake were good for the whole week, both drink went into the trash.

I ordered a matcha smoothie without any boba— it cost me over 7$—the flavor was good and the people working were nice, but the blending of the smoothie was awful. The smoothie had huge chunks of ice in it that were clogging up a boba straw; I had to run so I didn’t ask for it to be remade, but I couldn’t drink it until it mostly melted because I couldn’t get anything through the straw. The picture is of one of the chunks of ice after over an hour drive home in the Florida heat— I even stopped at another boba place on my way home to get another drink because I was so disappointed.

Gong-cha milk tea locations are hard to come by so I was very happy that there was a location in Orlando ! We had the seasonal honeydew green milk tea which was great but sweet ; I asked for 50% but the girl working couldn’t adjust the sugar level. I ordered my favorite drink from here which is winter melon with milk foam and boba. The interior is adorable as well, so would recommend this bubble tea shop for sure !

Been here twice. Ordered a melon milk tea with peach stars. Both were very good, but I couldn't finish the drink due to the strong, artificial taste, but I got my sweet drink fix. Ordered a bubble waffle with pearls and whipped cream--was a bit mushy and strange, very unlike the fresh, crisp bubble waffles I've had elsewhere. 2nd time -- ordered a regular milk tea with boba. Boba were a little mushy, not sweet, and my drink mostly tasted like milk than tea. 70% sweetness was also barely sweet, seemed like a 50% instead. Drink was creamy though, which was what I wanted, but I didn't get the classic milk tea taste. Based on the other reviews, these experiences aren't uncommon here so I don't think I'll be coming here again.

I’ve been to quite a few Boba spots and this is by far the best spot in the Orlando Area. They offer an authenticate taste to Boba. The staff is really welcoming and nice and swiftly provide me with my drink. If you’re looking for a real authentic Boba spot this is the spot you should go to!If you’re new to Boba or don’t like the Tea taste, I would recommend the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk Boba. Great way to introduce yourself into the Boba World.

With creative flavors in almost every variety of ways to have it as tea, you can't go wrong. They even let you chose the sweetness level so it is just right for you. Don't forget the bubble waffles.

Tried once and wasn't a fan. Came back to give it a second chance. Ordered a large purple sweet potato smoothie with lychee pearls. It was my fault for expecting it to taste like ube. The lychee pearls were interesting, I have never had anything besides lychee jelly before. The texture was odd and wasn't chewy. On the bright side, service was quick. But let's just say of all the boba places in Orlando, this isn't my favorite.

Delicious milk teas. They are truly a hidden gem, they should put a more prominent sign, because they are easy to miss otherwise.A boba milk tea will set you back around $7.80, or so, but it is a good size cup, and did I said they are delicious?

Taking forever. They messed up our drink. Gave other people their drinks first even thought they came way after us. Requested for the drink twice but still came late. Rather go to royaltea down the street with better service.

I had the sweet purple potato with black tea. It’s so fresh and the taste is so great! Also got $1 off I think because of the promotion. Love it!

Delicious food and excellent customer service. Home style food. Better than expected. My daughters really enjoyed it as well.

I was so happy when I found Gong Cha here in Orlando FL. But comparing Gong Cha in Boston and New York, the taste was so different and not quite good. Terrible pearl. The tea is tasteless. Their boba is mushy and bland. Very soggy, no texture. It feels like the boba was cooked hours ago.I just hope they’ll improve their experience of making drinks. Two girls front desk are friendly and helpful.

Honeydew milk tea came, powder was still partially unmixed in the drink. Drink was still hot. Want fresh milk in your brown sugar tea? Great! Pay an extra .25 for your drink or you get it with partially mixed powdered milk in your drink ?
