We are longtime customers that have even taken home two other dishes after moving from Orlando to Leesburg. We loved Goodfella’s!!! Our last two pizzas, however, were over baked, even black on the bottom. This is so disappointing and too much to overcook so we will probably not be back, at least for pizza.

The staff incredibly rude and the delivery just keeps taking longer and longer. The quality has changed my last pizza was burnt on the bottom. I know things happen but that shouldn't have been sent out like that. I ordered a pizza online today trying to give them another chance and the delivery time was a hour and half and this was during the day on a weekday. I called to check the status after a hour and I was told by the rude lady that it could take two hours and it hadn't even been made yet. If you can't take new orders and delivery them then don't accept the orders or let the customer know before they wait a hour for food that is not coming. ? I canceled my order and requested a refund. It's a shame I use to really like them.

Feel safe saying I'd never had authentic Italian before today. Tried this place out on whim & oh man it's spectacular! The flavors the portions, the prices, how my togo order was packaged everything was 10/10 & ill definitely be back!
