I really wanted to like this place but not only was the food was overdone but the employees were nothing but disrespectful when I tried to mention it. I work in hospitality in the area and wouldn’t recommend ever
Go here for KeKe - the food is an added bonus!! She is so fun, energetic, & friendly!! Her customer service is outstanding; she gave us samples of the milkshakes to try & helped answer questions about the menu! The fish and chips are top notch! 👌🏼
Keke did a great job!
No season or flavor on any of the seafood . batter didn’t stay on none of the fried seafood , the batter was mushy on the inside as well . tarter sauce was nasty, tasted mostly of lemon than anything. Very disappointed , the name is literally what you pay for . & for the name to be as big as it is the food don’t hold the same weight as the name, def waste of money

Josh did a great job!
All I can say is on point, I will be back tomorrow
The food was great! Crisp and not greasy. I'd also like to add that the staff was so helpful and patient with us asking questions. Even went to get an extra chair from outside because only table inside had two chairs. Just a nice experience.
We came in around 9:20 n the cashier was rude telling us they r closing n cant do dirty chips, no indoor seating & wasnt welcoming at all , we always love the vegas one this not welcoming at all not gordon vibes
❤ A Flavorful Delight at Gordon Ramsay’s Fish & Chips – ICON Park, Orlando I had the pleasure of visiting Gordon Ramsay’s newest culinary hotspot, Fish & Chips, located at ICON Park on International Drive in Orlando, Florida — and what an experience it was! From the moment I walked in, the staff set the tone for an exceptional visit. Warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, they took the time to walk me through the menu, highlighting options and dipping sauces that added an extra layer of excitement to the experience. I opted for the Chicken & Chips, paired with a tangy Dijon mayonnaise dipping sauce and a refreshingly crisp fresh lemonade. While the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, I highly recommend sitting outside — you’ll be right next to a playful waterfall that adds a vibrant, relaxing ambiance to your meal. When my order was ready, I was greeted again by a cheerful team member who confirmed everything and pointed out where to find extra condiments. The aroma alone was mouthwatering. The dish arrived with three perfectly golden pieces of chicken nestled atop a generous bed of thick-cut fries — or “chips,” as the Brits would say. The chicken was a standout: light, crisp, and airy on the outside, giving way to tender, juicy white meat within. The coating was flavorful without overpowering the chicken itself — a masterful balance of texture and taste. The chips were just as impressive — crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy like mashed potatoes on the inside. Each bite was elevated by the accompanying sauces, which were generously portioned and versatile enough to complement both the chicken and the chips. This wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience. Delicious, well-executed comfort food with a gourmet twist, served with top-tier hospitality in a lively setting. The price point was fair and absolutely worth it for the quality of both the food and service. If you’re looking for a quick but memorable culinary escape in Orlando, Gordon Ramsay’s Fish & Chips at ICON Park is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!😀
Everyone told me to eat here when I was in Vegas. I have never been so disappointed. I felt like I entered Kitchen Nightmares. The staff were extremely rude. The order was done just as we got done paying. Therefore not fresh. The batter wasn’t fully cooked. The restaurant was filthy. I took a picture because I could not believe there was stuff running down the walls. At the most 8 places to sit. A complete waste of hard earned money because it was inedible. I can’t imagine Chef Ramsay supporting this.

The food was good; not as good as the location in a Vegas though.
The staff here were friendly and the area was nicely decorated for Christmas.
The only downside is that they don't take cash at this location - only card. Would usually just go to another restaurant, but the GF wanted to try it.

Service is abysmal. Lady at the counter threw the juice box at me for requesting one with a straw.
Kid-friendliness: Not accommodating to kids. Very surprising considering Gordon Ramsey has six kids.

Good atmosphere, very kind staff and delicious food. Nothing more to ask for when you are completely satisfied. Shout out to the staff once again for their polite service.

Arrived Wednesday from miami and decided to try out Gordon Ramsey fish and chips. We ordered two Gordon special which consisted of shrimp, fish and chicken with chips (🍟)
The batter on the food was greasy and overwhelming. Fish and chicken didn't have any flavor so We didn't finish our food. Upon leaving the establishment, I was feeling nauseous and started vomiting. One of the park officers came over and asked if I needed medical attention. Spent the entire night throwing up at the hotel.
Overall, the food was overpriced for the quality and what shocked us the most, is that we expected more from Gordon Ramsey seeing that he holds a higher standard in food quality than most establishments.
Would never visit nor recommend a Gordon Ramsey fish and chips establishment. Very disappointed 😞
