Bad service taste bad
Bad service taste bad
Had dinner on June 25. Food was very good. Once our server took our drink order, served drinks and taking food order, we did not see her again. We would have ordered more drinks, definitely a tipping issue for her. Then they expect you to tip 20%. Not saying I would not return, but if I received same service on trying again, I would not return. Quality of food and cocktails were very good.
This visit was a pleasant surprise! We had visited years ago and didn’t remember anything special. Rating was 4 stars so we went it not knowing what to expect. We were blown away. Enough to go three days in a row, the last day taking a couple with us. The food was incredible. I had the Cilantro Crema Chicken with mashed potatoes and roasted corn. My wife had the Grilled Salmon. Definitely one of the best meals we’ve had anywhere. Service was exceptional- ask for Keysha!
Arrived around 5pm place was pretty much empty. We were greeted for a table with a slight attitude. Then we were put next to a LOUD table of 10 and asked to not be seated next to them. More attitude. The place was empty, why put a family on top on them? There are plenty of tables away from them. I wanted to talk to my kids and let that table continue to have a good time. Put one table over. Thanks! Luckily the waitress was polite and helpful. Food was okay, but host staff needs to realize some families like the chance to speak to their family while dining and not be near people having a really fun time especially when the restaurant is empty.
Stage setting: This was our first family trip since the pandemic and although I’ve been to another Bahama Breeze in another state, they hadn’t. We are a foodie family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The oldest of our kids will turn into a burger eventually and can’t handle anything spicy-not even carbonated drinks. The middle one is not a meat eater so much, but loves seafood and spices. The youngest is adventurous and will try everything, but only truly eats a handful of things. My hubby is the most critical of them all and RARELY rates anything a perfect score. Experience: I was able to make a dinner reservation for Easter Sunday and once we got there we were given the option to sit inside or out. We chose to sit outside and was quickly greeted by our server, Jess. Jess was extremely attentive and patient while we figured everything out. Food: We ordered the crab dip and simmered shrimp for appetizers. For the entrees we ordered j*** chicken, shrimp tacos, bacon cheeseburger, shrimp pineapple bowl and chicken pineapple bowl. Everything came out quick, hot & tasty. The portion sizes were more than enough. We also got drinks for the adults (not watered down…at all!) and a chocolate dessert. We all enjoyed our food/drinks and when I asked the family to rate it no one rated it less than a 4.0. The only thing I will say is my husband was slightly disappointed, but it was my fault. My mother is Jamaican so his expectation of “***** is quite different than what they serve. Having been here before, I knew their j*** was made for the masses…He did not. After accepting it though, he said it tasted “good, but not jerked enough”?
We made a reservation at 5:30 pm on a Wed. When we arrived the place we empty. Still, we had to wait a long time to be seated. Once seated, no one came to wait on us. We finally flagged down a server. She checked up front and apparently we were seated in a booth with no server assigned to us. She was super nice and took care of us. The food took a long time to come out. I'm not sure if this is the usual or if it was just a bad day. The food was good.
Stopped in for a few drinks an appetizer, service was the best the girls were really kind and helpful , very attentive, and the drinks were delicious to , only my second time to Bahama breeze just because I don’t really like main stream restaurants I’d rather privately owned mom and pop , but they were good I would definitely go back to this location , plenty of parking and right across from outlets
NO!!!!! NO!!!!! NO!!!!! Ordered from the picture that was on the menu---What I received was nowhere near what I expected SAD---I feel robbed In fact I'll file a charge back
Our family visited Bahama Breeze and were very happy with our experience. Our waitress, Jennifer, was friendly and incredibly helpful answering all of our questions. Our party ate a variety of items off of the menu and were happy with all of it.
