there was hair in my food and when i told employees about it they kicked me out and gave me a lot of attitude, also the pieces of the roof was falling into my food. i would NOT recommend this place to anybody

Immediately I went inside the vibe was bad. I requested to use the bathroom and while i was leaving the restaurant because I decided not to eat there. A female employee yells at me in front of everyone if I was going to dine in I said no and she responded that for next time I wasn't allowed to use the bathroom if I wasn't going to eat there. I think this was not professional at all. It was very rude and to embarrass me the way she did. I tell you this much you won't see me again.

Came into this place yesterday (8/13) and immediately the vibe was unwelcoming. The bartender was very rude and dismissive when we tried to order. Instead of talking to us she talked to others and barely acknowledged us. She was very unfriendly so we left and went to Burton's way better vibe way better staff. I can see why this place always looks empty it smells bad too.

Food is great. I call to order the delicious burgers for my family However, no one answers the phone on weekends even though they are open. This has happened 3 times in a row on Saturdays after 1 pm. Once, the first time, I drove over and ordered at the bar after no phone answer. There were 4 customers in the entire place.The two times after that I just ordered from elsewhere after no answer. get your service together please.

A spot meant to drink & play games. I ordered 1 appetizer, 2 meals, & 2 beers, & I was shocked by the cost of my bill! Far too expensive for the food. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't amazing. The fries were thin, crispy, oily, & flavorless. I actually like the texture of them, but added salt. The mahi wrap was very tiny, but good. Not bad ingredients, everything was good. Just not the flavors expected for the price range. The atmosphere is sports bar vibes. There's a cute game room with 2 pool tables, darts, & a few arcade games. Friendly staff too. I'm going back, but not ordering food.

Walked in with family on a Saturday and nobody acknowledged our presence. No servers, just bar patrons. Nobody said a word or anything like "order at the bar". Very awkward.

The Parmesan fries are BUSSDOWN ON GAWD. MADE PERFECTLY. I typically hate when restaurants serve meals on paper sheets. Especially wax paper. It’s like give me a freaking plate. What am I a prison inmate in a 1940’s cowboy movie? But this time it didn’t bother me AT ALL. Staff was extremely kind and respectful and the food was reasonably priced. I will return.

Vegetarian options: You can easily ask the waiter. If im a vegetarian can I eat the (for example) “hotdog” and I’m sure they will be honest with you about it.

Dietary restrictions: Yes there are some but if you tell them you have them I’m sure they wouldn’t betray you

Kid-friendliness: This would be a great place to host your child’s 3rd or 4th birthday party but after that you would probably want to wait until they are about 11 or older because that’s just kind of the atmosphere
