If I’m ever in a bad mood, I get myself a salad from greenbeat and cheer right up. The flavor is reliable and the customer has control over their mix of greens, fruits, proteins, toppings, and dressing. They have yummy juices and it is always very clean indoors. They are well maintained, well stocked, and provide kind customer service staff.

The place looked beautiful, clean and had exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to eat there because the young lady was very curt and not willing to provide clarity on which vegetables were organic. Where there is rude customer service, I simply leave.

Worst customer service ever. I went there and the “person” that was supposed to receive the order completely and purposely ignored me while walking away. She didn’t even say “please, wait a minute I’ll be back” or something. I waited for about 5 minutes in front of the cashier because I wanted the meal, she looked at me and still openly and clearly ignored me. I said hello, she heard and looked away again. It was just ridiculous and unbelievable.

Im a regular at Green Beat Orlando (downtown), so when I saw another one, I had to go! If youre looking for healthy food, vegetarian/vegan, this is IT! The dressing is all made in house (almost all of it is sugar free. Actually, I think all of them are. They sweeten with agave or honey, normally), the veggies are all fresh, there are a lot of options and the price is good! Its around $10 for a nice, large salad. You can mix bases, pick 3 or so toppings (additional are +$ but not much) and they do have chicken and fish options to add on top for an uncharge. The ambiance here is always top notch.. calm, peaceful, great decor. Its good for the mind body and spirit! Highly reccommend. The service wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great. I wouldn't let that deter you though! Delicious, unique and affordable.
