Worst customer service ever. I went there and the “person” that was supposed to receive the order completely and purposely ignored me while walking away. She didn’t even say “please, wait a minute I’ll be back” or something. I waited for about 5 minutes in front of the cashier because I wanted the meal, she looked at me and still openly and clearly ignored me. I said hello, she heard and looked away again. It was just ridiculous and unbelievable.

Im a regular at Green Beat Orlando (downtown), so when I saw another one, I had to go! If youre looking for healthy food, vegetarian/vegan, this is IT! The dressing is all made in house (almost all of it is sugar free. Actually, I think all of them are. They sweeten with agave or honey, normally), the veggies are all fresh, there are a lot of options and the price is good! Its around $10 for a nice, large salad. You can mix bases, pick 3 or so toppings (additional are +$ but not much) and they do have chicken and fish options to add on top for an uncharge. The ambiance here is always top notch.. calm, peaceful, great decor. Its good for the mind body and spirit! Highly reccommend. The service wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great. I wouldn't let that deter you though! Delicious, unique and affordable.

Stopped by by chance and was pleasantly surprised! The food is genuinely delicious. I especially liked the chicken — super juicy, well-cooked, with a great marinade. The sauces were just top-notch: rich, flavorful, and a perfect match for the dishes. And the salads — incredibly fresh, crunchy, and thoughtfully put together.
The staff also left a great impression — the girls at the counter were very friendly, attentive to detail, and always smiling. Definitely a place worth visiting again.

I was passing through Orlando and someone recommended this place to me. Didn’t regret it! Everything is very tasty . I especially loved the fresh fish so tender and juicy. The hummus was absolutely amazing, such a rich flavor. And the salads that’s a separate kind of love, everything super fresh, crunchy, and well-balanced.
Really liked the girls at the counter very friendly and attentive. It’s so nice to be greeted with a smile, get good recommendations, and be sincerely thanked at the end of the evening. Truly recommend!
I saw some great reviews about the salads, so I decided to give this place a try. It was my first time, and I told the lady at the counter that I was new and just trying to figure out how it works. She literally just turned her head and said nothing for a couple of minutes. It was super awkward. I’m not expecting anyone to be overly friendly, but at least don’t be rude. My boyfriend and I felt so uncomfortable that we just left. Later I saw a reply from the owner to someone else and…LOL. It kind of confirmed the vibe. I also heard from a local that this kind of attitude is pretty common here. Maybe the salads are good, but honestly, they don’t seem like they care for your business. A little kindness would go a long way. Right now, the place is becoming known more for rudeness than the food.

It’s confusing that the menu listed inside are different than they actually serve at this location. Apparently they show the items for the downtown location. Makes it difficult to know what you’re getting.

From start to finish, my lunch experience here was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a meal. The team went above and beyond with their friendly, attentive service—you can tell they genuinely take pride in what they do. As for the food, every bite reflected quality and care. It was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. I truly appreciated the combination of great service, delicious food, and a team that clearly values their guests. Can’t wait to come back!
