I came in and got a salad and let me tell you! Ingredients were so fresh. Also, Miguel was super friendly and attentive. It's hard to find that kind of hospitality. I will be continuing to come back. You all come check out this spot if you're ever in Orlando.

The lady moves very slowly and is disrespectful. She tells me “can I help you?” Sitting in her seat when I’m trying to order. She acted like I was being extreme asking if the olives were pitted and she didn’t know what that meant. By the way only half are pitted, this was scary when eating. She was dropping food all over the place only using one hand to serve. Just a normal salad was $28 or $22 with no meat and you only get 4 toppings... Ridiculous.

Greenbeat is great; I’ve always liked this place. The Terminal C location at Orlando International Airport is not as good as other locations in Orlando (to be expected), but not because the food was bad - it was just a smaller selection compared to others, and it was more expensive. However, we were VERY happy to find this place because other terminals at MCO do not have a great selection of food at all. It’s all fast food, a Starbucks with a 200-person line, or mediocre American chain restaurants with unhealthy food. If you’re about to embark on a long flight, you might want something healthier than a greasy burger, and Greenbeat does the trick. We had no complaints about our bowls, and the service was good as well. In and out in just the time it took them to put the toppings on our salads - much better than waiting forever at the other options!!

Very friendly and accommodating towards vegans.

Food was amazing and very good value for money.

And the staff were very friendly towards my requests and dietary requirements.

Would recommend if you're a vegan flying out (only vegan option available within the whole airport).

Expensive, but to be expected for airport food, and good job with allergen declarations. However, I added mushrooms to the salad and I will say, If I wasn't someone who eats mushrooms a lot, they would've been enough to put me off them for the rest of my life. They neither looked nor tasted like they were fresh before fried, and frankly, were inedible - I ended up picking all of them out again

Unfortunately I really didn't like my experience, first they were missing many items that are on the menu like quinoa, Farro, and chicken at least that if not others. The Rice that they had for base was hard as a rock (literally could break someone's teeth) the salmon that was +7$ was the last one in the pan and was tiny! Over all is not worth the 27 dollars I paid! I do not recommend it!

Way to Expensive for the small portions and not great tasting either

In this section of the airport with limited but mainly junk food options. This make your own Salad Bar saved the day. Although a bit pricey, definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Pick your own salad bar with a huge range of choice. The food seemed pretty fresh and worth the price.
