I tried to reach out through the website to give feedback directly to this restaurant but the contact form doesn’t work.I’ve been to this location many times over the years when I come visit friends in the area. I always look forward to our meal at gringos, but I will say, when we came the other day, it was pretty terrible.I didn’t like the change of ordering ourselves. That’s very finicky.And then the food was sub par. Food was luke warm and the amount of meat on the street tacos was sad. We had more chopped up lime pieces than meat.So you know and can hopefully improve.
Customer service was like talking to a Maoi head outside of the tall chipper white guy. On top of that double D was poorly made for a simple taco just go to milk district

Worst food I've ever had from this place...burrito was soggy and mushy...didn't get chips with the $16 chips and queso...and the queso was the consistency of sausage gravy...I really used to love this place...will not ever return or order from again...so

The catering is above and beyond! Got the "Full Stache" for 20 people and I think it could feed 30. Delivery was prompt and efficient. He set everything up on for us and arranged it really smart, so guests could make perfect plates every time. This is my second time using their catering and it's super easy to recommend them to anyone having a party.

If you were literally over the age of 18, do not even attempt to go to this place it is absolutely nonsocial. There’s no communication with the staff. It is the worst place ever it’s a wannabe everything Mexican and it is so bad so with that being said, please do not ever ever ever go to this place, if you were over the age of 19 years old.
