Guy Fieri's Flavortown Kitchen - Florida Mall

Very disappointing. My wife and I have been so excited about trying this place. We ordered it on Uber Eats. Uber did not mess it up, it was on the Uber receipt but not on the restaurant receipt. The worse part is not that it didn’t show up, it’s that we don’t live far from it, but there is no phone number or any way to get a hold. So I couldn’t even call to see if my wife’s order was sitting there for me to drive down and pick it up. I’m so very very disappointed in this place. We eat out all over everywhere we go, and we love to recommend the places we go to everyone. But, I will definitely not recommend this to anyone, I wouldn’t recommend a place where you can’t call and talk to someone, especially when they mess up your order!

The wings were okay. Nothing great. Just kinda meh. The fried pickles. Were. TERRIBLE. I tried to like them. I really did. By the 5th bite I was done. Ended up tossing the rest. I don’t get the hype for this place. It’s not even worth 2 stars.

I give this rating only because the chocolate whiskey cake is so good that is the best thing at this restaurant to me the food could be much better

Only tried the wings, jalapeños and egg rolls via UberEats but LOVED all three! Can't wait to try more of the menu in person!

We were excited for this place. The food was beyond disappointing. Burgers was tasteless, cajun pasta was dryyyy and had some weird chunks of tomato that seemed they where thrown on top. Jalapeños poppers were overpriced for the amount you get. Btw uber eats is not transparent on the amount u will get.We have eaten Guy's food before in other venues but this food does not represent him well.

We were pleasantly surprised with our order. After we saw it only had a 2.5 star rating after we ordered we were nervous but the burgers we got were delicious! And the steak eggrolls and fried pickles and fries were super yummy too!!

As previously stated. Didn't take me to flavortown, but it was tasty. Not as bad as some previous reviews state. But with Guy Fieri's name on it..it should be better. Bag and packaging were cool though.

So I was extremely excited to try this place and I must say it's not worth the price just for 7 wings or fries. The food was an OK temp considering it was delivered. The packaging looked tampered with or they don't care about presentation. Very disappointed.

Honestly the burger was not good, the meat was so DRRRRRY you guys, they put these onion strings almost made me choked. Barely any flavor for real I was so excited to try to this but it’s just the meat was not juicy and soft it was sooo hard and CANNOT STRESS THIS DRY DRY DRY DRY

Terrible never getting this again, should of looked at reviews. $15 for 6 terrible wings. That's over 250-300% profit!

We were thoroughly impressed!!!! We drove down from Indiana for vacation and wanted to try my favorite chefs food!!! The Cajun chicken pasta wasn’t over spiced like most! Only complaint not enough chicken or sauce and needs to be sent out with Parmesan cheese packets! The egg rolls were awesome and our daughter said the Mac and cheese was NUMTASTIC!!!!! Would definitely eat it again!!!!

As a fan of the Food Network show, I cannot believe how awful this food was. The chicken Parm was flavorless and the spaghetti so overcooked. The salad was also awful. The chocolate cake was delicious.

Did not take me to flavortown. The alfredo was bland, and the ceasar salad was not flavortown worthy. Whhhhhhyyyyyy guy
