This was my first time trying this ice cream, and while this is a great ice cream location, the staff completely ruined the experience. One employee displayed a terrible attitude, only treating Spanish-speaking customers with a smile and showing them respect, while being dismissive and unprofessional toward others. This kind of behavior creates a poor customer experience and makes others feel excluded. The company needs to ensure that all employees are trained to treat every customer with respect and fairness, regardless of their background. Based on this experience, I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
