The person who works there is very rude, has a bad temper, and doesn't treat people well.
Never had a bad experience at a Häagen-Dazs until now. The worker looked like he didnt even want to be there, rolling his eyes every time we ordered something, mind you, we only ordered 4 drinks. My drink was a strawberry mango lemonade that ended up being a cookie dough shake because of how many pieces of chocolate my lemonade had. Couldnt even finish it, i took 3 sips out of it and all 3 had a piece of chocolate. Very disgusting.
David and Fabio were great. Very friendly. Great service
They offer a variety of ice cream flavors and also options for milk shakes. The only issue is the fact that they don’t have a person who is responsible for staying just in the cash register. All the employees serve the clients and sometimes you get your ice cream and need to wait to pay for your order because the employee is getting orders from other customers. As the store is located in Icon Park, lines are already expected because a lot of people go there at the same time. But the employees are friendly and let you try the flavors before you make your order.
Love this place. Staff is super nice and the quality of the ice cream is always the best. I’m a regular customer already 🙂

Wait time was very short, both employees were very friendly. Ice cream sundae was fantastic.
The blueberry lemon sorbet was very tasty. It had a unique flavor that’s hard to describe, but refreshing on a hot day. Prices are a little high for my liking. A small was like $7.50.
Great place to cool down after riding the starflyer!! service was great and the quality good as always.
Ice cream was 3/4’s melted before they scoop it out because the employees (whom can’t speak English) can close the freezer lids and leave the door open the whole time. Also don’t have waffle bowls.
