Stitch went above and beyond when she found out I have gluten and dairy allergies. She brought out the recipe booklet, patiently went through every option with me, and once I made my choice, she thoroughly washed her hands and the scoop, then got me a fresh ice cream from inside to ensure there was no cross-contamination.
Her professionalism, quick thinking, and genuine care truly deserve recognition — she should absolutely be promoted. People like her make all the difference!

Service is always so friendly! My daughter has a peanut allergy and our server - Prince Charming - took every step to make her smoothie safe to drink and explained what he did , to make her comfortable. Will be back. Prices are reasonable and the food is delish!

My wife and I were in the mood for something sweet while shopping at the Premium Outlet in Orlando, so we decided to stop by Haagen Dazs. I tried the pineapple coconut shake, and my wife went for the Belgian chocolate shake. The taste was good, though not mind-blowing, but the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, quick, and very hospitable, which made the experience pleasant. Overall, it was a solid stop for a sweet treat, and we'd definitely recommend it if you're craving something cold while shopping!
