One of the managers was pretty horrible. It seemed very disorganized and we were unsure where to start as one of the employees told us to come from the other side to try samples and order. We were about to order when an older guy( seemed like the manager) yelled at us and told us to go to the other side. Once we started to explain he kept yelling at us and treating us like we were dumb because we were brown. He could have even just asked us politely and told us that there was a mixup. I gave one star because one of the employees, Ashley, at the other side was amazing and she apologized for his behaviour and gave us our orders right away. I want to appreciate the other employees that were working there and they were extremely friendly. Its just unfortunate that they have such a racist and rude manager. Haagen-Dazs should look into changing the management of this location!

Ashley at the Hagen-Dazs location on Saturday, July 12th, was so kind, jovial and professional. I was amazed by her service. A true credit to the Millenia Mall Orlando food court location. Great Coffee ice cream too.

I need to let you know that the employee named Lil Kev has to be more polite. He was very Rude and Racist. I was ordering today (June 7th, 2025) some Ice Cream with Yamilet C (She was so Nice), and he told to me to move away with a Very Rude Manner also using his arms.

Disgusting ice cream that was served all melted in a cone that was stale. Service mt Kevin and Micah was the worst. Micah was totally rude and thought giving me a $1.00 off my next purchase was a feasible solution. $20 down the drain. Kevin’s solution was to make the the EXACT same monstrosity to replace the one that ended up in the garbage. Avoid at all costs.
In response to the reply from Hagen Daz, Kevin is one of your rude employees who offered to make me the same exact disgusting stale cone I bought, so no thanks. I’m a Floridian, not one of the tourists you can take advantage of because you’ll probably never see them again. You won’t see me again either because your product is STALE!

My wife sent our 3 kiddos to the line yesterday. The staff helped everyone in front of our teens and then a staff member came to our kids and said someone will be back to help you guys. He then asked the people behind our kids to come to his line. My wife went over to ask why our kids were being ignored and they said they would give my wife a 20% discount. We do not want anything for free nor discounted or we certainly would not be at the Haagen-Dazs in Millenia Mall. If you love your kids the way we love ours, I would ask you to consider taking your family elsewhere. Will be making a quick call to corporate as have never had this kind of experience before at any other Haagen-Dazs.

Very Rude and Bad customer service!
i was patiently waiting in line to pay for my order and i understand the payment machine is glitching and slow to pay for orders, but the lady helping me named Diem is just chitchatting with Tye another staff and when its my turn to pay i got cut off in line by Tye, whats the point of lining up ? Beware of Diem and Tye they are the biggest slackers in this branch total waste of time!
Haagen-Daz is located in the second floor at the Mall at Millenia food-court. It’s a great stop for scoops of ice cream, sorbet plus sundaes, shakes and smoothies. Though it’s counter-service, there’s plenty of seating available. We got our toddler a vanilla ice cream cup with colorful sprinkles which is a favorite! ?

Ice cream for three kids. It's yummy. But way overpriced. 23 bucks for one cone for each child is crazy. No additional sprinkles or stuff. Plain cones with the plain waffle.
