Haagen dazs

The sample was tasty, a creamy, coconut ice cream with whipped cream topping. It was delicious, loved the sample and will be coming back to Haagen-Dazs for more for their delicious treats!

We visited this store on 12/23 at 7 pm, we ordered 3 Milkshakes, the young male employee was extremely rude and overall looked like he has lost all will to live. A person like that should not even be allowed to be nowhere near customer service or people. After around 10 minutes he only did one Milkshake and was just standing there contemplating...I don't know...life maybe? His 2 female colleagues were visibly uncomfortable but did nothing to help. At some point we just left with 1 Milkshake because the whole interaction in the shop was bizzare. Definitely never coming back.

Ice cream is wonderful, anywhere in the world it is always delicious.
The service was very good, there was even a tasting, but the price was expensive.
But it's worth trying.

There is no point in having a good product if customer service is bad.
Even worse, we were served in a rude and rude manner, in a great hurry, and with the attendant making it very clear that we had to speak quickly and leave quickly.
There were still 40 minutes until the outlet closed.
And I still wanted a tip…for terrible service.

The dazzler sundae was amazing. Since it was a hot summer day, the location was pretty full, but the line moved pretty quickly. The employees were nice and friendly.

Not fresh smoothie as it’s advertised, lots sugar added compost and ice inside, you can get real fruit smoothie somewhere else cheaper than 9.99 USD.

A must visit if one is visiting Icon park. They give a bit of taste test in case you are confused about the flavor of ice cream to buy. We bought Irish coffee ice cream on a waffle cone.

I’m visiting Orlando and I had to try this place. My family and I tried the 3 dazzled sundaes and they were delicious and well prepared. Although there was one staff attending us I wanna congratulate her (Valeria) she was very professional and she gave us excellent service. Definitely going to this place again, another time.

Very disappointed!Only one girl to do everything! Taking the orders, serving the ice creams and taking the money (yes! Taking the money because the cc machine wasn't working)The problem is because they wear no gloves.Then another guy came from the back of the store to replace the ice creams in the freezer and put all of his head and half of his body inside of the ice cream freezer. Again, no gloves and no hair cap.That's disgusting.You guys need to have the minimum hygiene training :-(This was on Sunday Nov 19th.
