Went in during hhn, 3 members of staff and all of them ignored us.There was a slight confusion over a customer's order that was front of us, after he left the staff continued to laugh about it, and ignored us, so left without being served.

I came to this ice cream shop expecting a fun and pleasant experience, especially since parks are usually places filled with joy and good energy. While the ice cream itself was absolutely delicious, the customer service left much to be desired.
When I politely asked if the portion I received was smaller than what I saw other customers getting, one of the staff members reacted with unexpected rudeness. Without saying a word, she snatched the ice cream out of my hand, angrily threw it in the trash, and made a new one with a very unpleasant expression on her face.
I understand that everyone can have a rough day, but working in a place like this requires kindness, patience, and respect—especially in a setting meant for fun and relaxation. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward, because the product is great, but the attitude needs serious attention.

Livi hates her job or customers but should not be working the register: rude, mumbling under her breath after being asked how to order, and pretending to clean her glasses for 3 solid minutes to avoid people who walked in. Jeremiah seemed to be trying his best. Blonde girl eventually summoned from the back to help. Products tasted good though. Appreciate the seating

While it offers the typical HG experience, it doesn’t interact seamlessly with the Universal Florida app, which can be inconvenient. Also, be prepared for a long wait, as lines here tend to move slowly.
