My family came to Orlando this so we could go to Epic Universe which was awesome! Once we finished there we did a Google search for nearby places to eat. The Half Barrel Beer Project came up as a top search, not only being incredibly close (across the street!) but has hundreds of 5 star review so we were sold. Upon walking in, Courtney the bartender greeted us immediately, asked if we had been there before and gave us the run-down about the impressive beer selection, open seating and ordering food. And wow, the food!!! Not a massive menu but the selection definitely has something for everyone. So we placed our order through the app and within a few quick moments; Paul the cook came to our table with the warment greeting, asked if we had any questions, and then went to work on making us some of the best food we've had since being here! He was so quick preparing 7 items not to mention the other tables he was also taking care of. He was so incredible and at first we thought he was an owner based on how proud he is of this place and he clearly loves what he does! He is Absolutely spectacular.And a close second is their chicken wings! They were some of the best we've ever had.Just incredible!!! ALL the food was so delicious but watching Paul in action was something else! And his music in the kitchen was so good! If you are in Orlando, make this one of your stops. You will be so glad you did! It will be a place we will always come back to. Paul and Courtney, thank you both for being so wonderful and thank you to the Half Barrel Beer Project!

Great bar foods and amazing selection of beers. The absolute best sours I've ever had. My wife hates sours and she loved the two they had on tap. Lmao.Giant pretzel is always a must. And a plus during our trip was the F1 racing they had going on and everyone was so welcoming.

With a wide selection of drinks (both alcoholic and non) and amazing food — especially the chicken nachos and cheese curds — this place is a must. The owners and staff are wonderful, and it’s definitely worth a visit whether you’re local or visiting the amusement parks.

Small place, feels crowded.

Half Barrel Beer Project is a gem right by the Orange County Convention Center! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming vibe that makes every visit a joy. Their craft beer selection is top-notch, with terrific house brews and a stellar lineup of local and regional taps. The kitchen’s menu is delicious, with mouthwatering dishes like their crazy flavorful wings that pair perfectly with a cold pint. A must-visit for beer lovers .

Amazing place to watch the formula 1 with watch partys happening for the races the staff were super friendly the food and drinks options were great so glad i stumbled across this venue
