Great island vibes right here in Orlando! This is the real stuff! Type 1 diabetic here, and I the ingredients were so fresh, and no added sugar from the Mango…was awesome! The kids had Coconut, Peaches’N Cream, and Ube! It was all great and homemade whipped cream! Perfect for a hot Florida day! I can’t wait to take the wife!

If you’re melting in 104-degree weather like we were, run - don’t walk - to Hanalei Shave Ice! I brought my family here on a scorching Sunday because we heard their shave ice was the real deal, and wow, it did NOT disappoint.
The guy running it is obviously from Hawaii - laid-back, super friendly, and makes you feel like you’re on island time (even while sweating in Florida heat). We ordered the strawberry and mango bowls, and not only were they insanely refreshing, but they came with REAL fruit on top. Instant upgrade!
I’m pretty sure this shave ice saved us from becoming puddles on the pavement. 10/10 would gladly risk another heatwave for this kind of happiness in a bowl. 🍧
Pro tip: grab a spot in the shade, relax, and pretend you’re on vacation. This place is the perfect little escape! 👏🏽

I visited today for the first time and I loved it!! Very kind and friendly people, definitely a warm and inviting atmosphere. A comfortable chill spot to go with friends or family. I got the guava shaved ice with condensed milk and my boyfriend got the mango. So delicious! No artificial syrups!! The small pieces of mango were so yummy and the guava was perfect I REALLY enjoyed it. Absolutely coming back to try the milk & honey flavor. Small business so be sure to pay attention to their instagram for hours of operation! I’m not sure about cash..? but I know they accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, Venmo, and Cash App.

As. Kaua’i boy, let me tell you that this is the real thing! Legit Ono Hawaiian style shave ice with real tropical fruit juices and actual shaved ace. Very pleasantly surprised to find it with li hing powder, adzuki beans, vegan options, and on occasion Musubi and Malasada! If you are looking for real Hawaiian shave ice without the sugar, dyes, and synthetic flavored syrups, this is it! Onolicious!!!

We finally got the chance to try Hanalei Shave Ice and it was very much worth the wait! This is a food truck and it goes all around Orlando, so be sure to check their Instagram to find out where they will be next. We got their peaches and cream milk ice and added condensed milk and strawberries on top. SUPER GOOD - you could tell the flavors were not generic artificial syrups. It was super fresh and tasted like real fruit juice - perfect for a hot summer day! They take payment through services like PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Cash, or you can pay with cash directly, so keep that in mind. This is real Hawaiian shaved ice at its finest, and you won’t find anything better in Orlando, especially for the price. There are very generic shaved ice places using artificial syrups that charge as much as this place, so I’d prefer the local option with real ingredients any day of the week!! Check this place out if you see it!!
