This is the best hidden gem I’ve been to in Orlando. The service is so welcoming and inviting, and the shaved iced is phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!I had a pina colada ice, my fiance had a butter beer type ice, and we also had the malasada. All of which I would get again and recommend!

I absolutely loved this place! I came here with my mom trying to satisfy a shaved ice craving, and this place sure did the trick!They have quite a few delicious and some good exotic flavors to choose from, including dairy and non dairy. They ony offer one side, which is a small bowl of up to three flavors. There are two toppings to choose from: whipped cream and/or condensed milk. I went for strawberry and pineapple with lots.of condensed milk despite my lactose intolerance. LOL. All flavors tasted natural and home made. I really could not taste any artificial flavors.The service is outstanding and the ambiance is super outdoorsy. There is no indoor space. This place is located hidden in the back of a small parking lot behind a store. There is some street parking and a small parking lot across the street. Wenhad no issues finding parking on a busy Saturday afternoon.Also, the only payment options are cash, Venmo and Zelle (no credit cards).Overall, 100% recommended. I can't wait to bring more people here!

Finally made it over to get some shaved ice! We stopped by one evening after dinner right when the sun was setting. The lady was very helpful and patient while we picked out our flavors. She brought it out to us while we enjoyed the nice weather. Highly recommend adding the ice cream to the shaved ice. It was so soft and delicious! We’ll definitely be bringing more friends back soon.

I've been going to Hanalei with my boyfriend for three years now, and it never disappoints! We make it a point to go at least once a month because the shaved ice just keeps getting better every time. The trailer is super cute, located behind The House on Lang in the backyard, offering a great space for bringing your whole family or friends, with plenty of seating and a cozy atmosphere. Even if you visit at night, the place is well-lit, so it never gets too dark.Brandy, the owner, has been incredibly kind to us over the years, showering us with love. She genuinely cares about those who support her and her business. I've pretty much tried every flavor by now, but my favorite is always the ube shaved ice with her homemade whipped cream, ube ice cream, and condensed milk. However, you really can't go wrong with any of her other flavors. If she happens to have ube malasadas, you've got to try them because they're fantastic!Hanalei is a cashless spot, but you can pay with various mobile payment options like Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo, etc. Another fantastic aspect is that all the bowls and utensils are compostable, and there's even a compost bin on-site. It's just another way Brandy shows how much she cares. Her halo halo is the best in Orlando, and the serving sizes for all her treats are quite generous, so don't hesitate to share. I like to have my own shaved ice to myself though :DTaking my friends here is always a delight because there's something for everyone, and the amazing space she's in never fails to impress. I'll continue to do so as long as she's open.TIPS: make sure you check out their instagram bio for the weekly schedule! They do events sometimes, so it can change quite a bit. Also, the prices are amazing, only $7 for a very large treat that's in a compostable container and a lot of her ingredients are homemade, so I always make sure to leave a large tip!

Ok… first things first. The Shave Ice is Legit! The Hawaiian flavors are well represented and the ice is light and fluffy. We got to talk to Kristian and heard his story. So you have to love someone who is willing to extend them selves and work their hearts out. I hope visitors and locals alike come and show this family business some “Aloha!”

I'd come here everyday if I could! Brandy the owner is simply amazing and takes great pride in her business. Flavors are hand crafted and so yummy. Good luck trying to pick your favorite! It is outdoors so be sure to prepare accordingly. There is plenty of seating and games to play with your friends!
