We where not happy lemons more like a sour lemons😣 They forgot the boba pearls and the drink was bland. So dissatisfied 🥺
But on a a good note the store is cute. Maybe I will give it a try again in few months. Just a suggestion , with all do respect to the staff.. go try the boba at Facetea or Blendid then you can see the quality and get an idea of the flavors and customer service. We wish you all the best 🙏

Just paid $10 for a boba milk tea with no boba… and the girl working was acting like she was going to lose her job to give me the boba, when I tipped her double what the boba charge she was telling me I’d have to pay to get it… Never coming back, don’t waste your money.

One would assume that at a boba place, your $7 drink would come with boba right? wrong! We ordered a $7 milk tea and added puff cream, and we also tipped $2 (which I now regret). The employee did not make it clear that the boba wasn’t included. So we walked out spending $10 on ONE drink with NO BOBA and it was also watery af. Then, the employee proceeded to try and charge us for the boba when we came back in and explained the situation to her…rather than just make the situation right. Disappointing to say the least.

I don’t know if it’s the boba or the dairy they use, but I had extreme stomach pain after only half a drink. This didn’t just happen to me but multiple people I spoke to as well. Plus the drink was mid so it’s not worth another try.

i won’t lie the food is amazing and the service is amazing and the SEATING is amazing!!!
This place is along the University Blvd. Quiet place and neat. There are plenty of chairs but no outside seating. There are varieties of drinks. We order matcha latte with tiramisu salted cream cheese and milk tea oreo with tiramisu salted cheese. My judgement is 5/10 on both drinks.

Why have a soy milk alternative offered on drinks if it is still going to have dairy in it?? Both the mango matcha smoothie and the strawberry shortcake offer soy milk alternative options, and yet they still have dairy? Hard to find good options if you’re vegan is all I have to say. At least they told us when they saw we wanted to order the smoothie.

Hard to park but overall great place. It can get busy around the lunch time but the service is very nice and they tend to you quickly. They once had a strawberry cheesecake shake during the season that I still dream about. So good.

Great boba and waffles, super cute seating area and the staff were really friendly and helpful when we were trying to figure out what to order. My only complaint would be that the regular bubble waffle and the matcha bubble waffle taste almost exactly the same.
