We really enjoyed it. Went there to eat before a show. Very lovely place. Food was good and our server was very attentive.

A server Alec was great, the food was not so good for the price, I got the smokehouse combo it was cold when I got it, the pulled pork reminds me of gas station pulled pork, wife got the Tampa burger she was not impressed she said it had no flavor. Youngest daughter enjoyed her kids meal which was the grilled chicken breast. My oldest got the wings they were good flavor wise but they must have been baked because the skin was not very crispy.

Went for lunch during a park visit. Was worth the walk for one hour of sit down service and air conditioning. But the service knocked it out of the park- so attentive and accommodating! Ordered a pretzel to kick us off, salmon Asian salad split for two with extra salmon, children's pasta. Will likely be back during our visit for burgers.

Had a great meal all five of us service was excellent only thing we were sat at a table right in corner nowhere near all the main bar nothing to see which was very disappointing although you can walk around at anytime and take plenty of photos apart from that a great place and excellent shop.

Been here every time I visit orlando this year no different always great service, food & atmosphere. Xaviris service was great and nothing was a hassle her managers shirt was brilliant and came over to check everything was well. Highly recommended.

Walked in a manager remembered who we were. Everyone was very friendly and with me having a shellfish allergy, they cooked my fries separately. Definitely would come back again since we are locals

This place exceeded our expectations. Food was amazing. Lots to choose from. Drinks even better. All the staff was super friendly and attentive. Wish we would have just eaten here our whole trip.

Fantastic morning here doing the backstage and burgers tour. Mia really made it special for us and can’t thank her enough. Food was also incredible highly recommend!!
Our food arrived cold and overcooked. They were good at getting it replaced with fresh hot food. However, the food wasn't the greatest. I have had better fast food. I had the chicken burger and it was more batter than chicken. My husband had the special burger which was dry with barely any sauce. My child's chicken had a weird smell of curry to it which was off putting. The service was a bit slow having to wait a long time for the food the first time around for it to arrive cold was very disappointing. And then a long wait to ask for the bill at the end. We didn't tip because of the slow service and cold food and the server asked us why which I thought was a bit rude considering the service we received.

When I booked the tickets for the hard Rock live, the seats look so close to the actual stage and that the seats actually look like they would be decent size seats. No, they use Church revival seats that are welded together. Not comfortable at all if you go to see any shows get balcony or nothing that's what I learned

Our Server Kyle was the best! He was very attentive to our needs and was able to make suggestions about things we might like based on our preferences and was right every time! He was very personable and friendly and asked us about our lives and made us really feel important! His customer service was so great when I mentioned never getting the chance to meet my grandmother who died in the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki he paused for a moment before transforming into a NASA X-43A and flew counter to the Earths rotational spin! Therefore reversing time and stopping WW2! Unfortunately this caused branches in reality and my dog is now a Goldfish but overall great service and will be back again!

Due to traffic in Orlando after a Club World Cup soccer match, we were almost an hour late for our reservation. I had called ahead and explained that we would be late and was very pleased that our reservation was held and honoured.
