Our first dinner at Hard Rock Cafe but definitely not the last. Armando, our server was truly amazing, he paid attention to all the details and gave the best experience we've ever had in a restaurant. If we will be back soon we're sure we would like to have Armando again as our server. Food was delicious and well seasoned, cocktails were tasty and refreshing. My husband was very happy with the little birthday celebration and the complementary ice cream dessert.

Waitress was awesome. Daughters birthday so they brought out ice cream and wished her a happy bday. Hardrock also gave her a bag as a Gift.

This restaurant has great staff. They accommodated our party of fifteen people with no notice. The atmosphere was great. The food was great quality and affordable.

I love the professional photo taken when you arrive at Hard Rock Cafe. In fact, we selected Hard Rock Cafe for my son's birthday because we would have a family photo taken. The smash burger was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten! My son who is difficult to please really enjoyed the Nachos. We will definitely be back next year.

Even having a reservation we had to wait in a long line with people with no reservation. Also, it took a long time to have the food delivered to our table.

Really disappointed. We have been to thirty Hard Rocks and Orlando on multiple occasions. We are big supporters yet our current view is that all they are do is rip off tourists. Two days running we have suffered rude people at the bar, today being blatantly cheated by one. Disgusting we will not come back.
First off - the burger was absolutely delicious and a good price. Ribs are quite pricey at nearly ~$40, but were still nice. We were taken to have our photo taken, and we (slightly reluctantly) posed and smiled. To be honest we just wanted to eat, so weren’t really bothered. Great server though, and had a good time.

The server was fantastic!! The condensed menu left a lot to be desired. Fancy names of dishes then when you're food arrives you are getting small portions that were unevenly cooked. The wings , our server and the dessert was the best part of the meal. We go to other Hardrock establishments frequently and sorry to say this time around we were disappointed.

I don’t think there are enough words to fully express how amazing this experience was but I’ll try. Timothy R went above and beyond to make this visit to the Hard Rock Cafe Orlando the best visit ever. If our vacation ended after this day, it would have still been the best vacation. Between his infectious, fun, positive energy and his endless knowledge about the items at the restaurant, he made our visit unforgettable. The food was awesome and our waiter Jamie was also wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’d give 100 stars if I could.

On vacation - expected it to be less than stellar since it mostly caters to tourists. Quite the opposite-service was excellent by Paris, we had steaks and they were cooked to perfection and very tasty. Such an incredible atmosphere since we're rabid rock fans and felt the quality was outstanding.
