First time there with family. We all loved the venue, food, and service. Will definitely be back.

The server was fantastic!! The condensed menu left a lot to be desired. Fancy names of dishes then when you're food arrives you are getting small portions that were unevenly cooked. The wings , our server and the dessert was the best part of the meal. We go to other Hardrock establishments frequently and sorry to say this time around we were disappointed.

I don’t think there are enough words to fully express how amazing this experience was but I’ll try. Timothy R went above and beyond to make this visit to the Hard Rock Cafe Orlando the best visit ever. If our vacation ended after this day, it would have still been the best vacation. Between his infectious, fun, positive energy and his endless knowledge about the items at the restaurant, he made our visit unforgettable. The food was awesome and our waiter Jamie was also wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’d give 100 stars if I could.

On vacation - expected it to be less than stellar since it mostly caters to tourists. Quite the opposite-service was excellent by Paris, we had steaks and they were cooked to perfection and very tasty. Such an incredible atmosphere since we're rabid rock fans and felt the quality was outstanding.

I went today for my birthday. I went to the bar to order to go food. When I get to the bar I was not even acknowledged. The two bartenders were helping other people so I didn’t mind and continued to wait. One bartender a bald man kept glancing at me but still said nothing. I continue to wait until either one of them were done. The bald man started cleaning plates and glancing at me. After he finished he turned around to stare off into space then proceeded to act like he just noticed me. He asked if I had been help I stated “No, I would like to order to go” he said “What.” With an attitude so I repeated myself. With the same attitude he said do you know what you want.” “No, I need a menu.” Then he says “How am I supposed to know what you want when you just said Togo geez.”
I walked out. There is no reason to treat anybody that way. He’s lucky I didn’t go off on him.
I came in the other day and the place was packed. I was treated at the bar right away the guy told me he would be with me in a minute. He never got to me so he sent someone else to help me. I told her I wanted to order Togo and she gave me a menu let me look it over and then took my order. Why was it so hard for this bald man to do the same. It’s like I was being inconvenience when all I wanted was for him to do his job. Have some manners and act like your parents raised you.
And to add the food is not as good as it used to be.

Bought ticket to a show at Hard Rock Live. Found out it costs extra $35 just to park. It is NOT worth coming here unless you see something on sale for more than $35. The event space is fine.

I planned a Trip to our 26th anniversary....on the 5th of November may month in advance NO Informationen what so ever that there will be a private event..... I planned everything to get my wife to fly from Germany to the US (she hates to fly)..... FU... The $35 for parking..... We have more than 70 HRC on our personal list....but this is the End....

You finally got me I'm gonna sell my stuff of 103 place in the next weeks on the platforms as eBay and Co. There are a few shirts from stores that don't exist any more like the pyramid from Myrtle Beach NC USA. I'm done..... Never ever will I spend a single Dime in or on HRC.....

Our server Potter was fantastic! Hyper aware of our allergy concerns and provided fast and excellent service as well as fantastic recommendations for drinks! Be sure to ask for her when you decide to visit!
Every thing was absolutely phenomenal thanks to our waiter Steve-o!. I promise you we were not bothered by the onions in the fajita. Will be back hopefully very soon.

First time at this location and was impressed by the amount of memorabilia. Went for dinner and the actual wait time was half of the expected time given. Our server Rick was great! Have been to other Hard Rock locations in Florida and this one has the best service so far.

love eating here! but very disappointed in the discontinuation of the spicy honey chicken sliders. please bring these back!!! justin, our server, was fantastic. other than the chicken sliders being taken off the menu i give 5 stars

Avoid. Our server seemed pre-occupied. Menu is greatly reduced and there are no vegan options. Food is expensive. We used to be Rock club members and how things have changed. Server nearly forgot to take one order. My Beyond burger never arrived. I had to ask for it. Then it came with the wrong sides. Nothing was checked. I had to tell the server it wasnt correct. Food was 'ok' but no where near as good or iimpressive as it used to be. We tipped the server, but he was awol most of the time. We walked in and got a table for 7 straight away and in the past we used to have to wait for a table. Will not be going back, and this week had better food and service at Denny's. Such a shame as we always go to Hard Rock, but no more.
