Het is een enorm complex en tevens het Grootste Hardrock cafe ter wereld met 2 verdiepingen en diverse zalen en uiteraard een Giftshop. het eten is naar mijn mening niet duur wij hadden met samen 2 hoofdgerechten losse bijgerechten en 2x drinken voor ongeveer 60 Dollar. de entertainment muziek en hoe het cafe eruit ziet is een dikke 10.

Located within the Universal Studio Boulevard outside the theme park as with many others establishments. Nicely located confronting a lake and opposite across a bright colourful scenic view of other cafes and restaurants. The landmark of Universal Studio rotating globe is within view.One of the Hard Rock establishment that does not just offers the Restaurant and Rock Shop, but also a Live Concert Hall in one place. Awesome view at night. Everything else seems consistently standard as any other Hard Rock cafes offers.Acceptable service and quality of foods. Nice atmosphere, cozy and comfortable. Step outside, a nice night scenic view with neon and LED lights across the lake. A good walk strolling the surrounding after dinner just bring out the mood…wonderful.Kid-friendliness: Friendly for kids

My girlfriend and I had dinner here a couple nights ago during our vacation. It was a busy night at CityWalk and they got us in within 15 minutes.When you head to your table, a photographer will snap a quick photo of your group (you can say no), and then you'll be seated. During your meal, someone will approach you with a packet of your photos to purchase for an additional $30 charge on top of your bill. I thought this was a unique touch. I haven't seen this at any other hard rocks that I've been to.Our server was great and the food came quick. We were in and out in about 30 minutes even with it being extremely busy. We both got burgers and they were great! Super flavorful and a huge portion. Honestly, the best place we ate at CityWalk during our stay at a Universal Resort. Many of the other options were lacking in either service or food quality, but Hard Rock knocked it out of the park! Thanks for a great meal.

Waited forever to be served even for drinks (At least 35 minutes)..our server seemed uninterested and unapologetic. We constantly had to ask for things like appetizer plates, drink refills, ketchup. Which never came even after being asked. Definitely a poor experience.

DO NO TRY THE MESSI BURGER!! Is over priced for what it is. Is a smash burger with sausage ( which taste really bad ) u can find a better burger in Fuddrockers. The service and the atmosphere is fantastic. The food is trash!

I had the Messi burger and it didn't taste good. The onions seemed to be from a day before and same as the meat. Fries were so good. But overall it tasted like a reheated burger not fresh at all.Excellent service and atmosphere, will come back maybe for drinks or appetizers.

Had an awesome time seeing Ron White yesterday. Haven’t been to Hard Rock since we saw Joe Cocker years ago….our mistake for not coming back sooner!! We had an amazing time!! Staff was excellent! When we arrived my wife was cold, we asked an attendant who proceeded to escort us to the store, past security, waited with us and returned us to our seats! Sound was awesome, drinks were tasty….what more could you ask for!! Looking forward to returning soon!!

We stopped here on a Monday night and thought the cocktails and food were the best quality/taste compared to other stuff we have had on city walk. ALY was our server and she was awesome!! Super attentive and friendly. Thanks for a 5 star experience!

First evening in Orlando to attend a conference... I was staying at the Portofino which is on the Universal property so walked over to city walk to grab a bite to eat for dinner. I sat at the bar and had a Legendary burger and a triple platinum margarita. Both were fine, and a bit spendy but I completely understand that that's what happens when you buy a meal at a theme park.
