Harry's Poolside Bar & Grill

We went there to celebrate brats my husband's birthday. He loved the poll side table and out server were very at emotive and respectful. Thank you everyone for making Shia evening so special

We ate at the bar and had appetizers. The Conch Fritters were excellent and they had Clam Chowder as their soup of the day and the clams were very fresh. But since it was in Orlando it was more pricey than other parts of the state. Not out of line from what we expected though.

I can say one of the best times i had dinner with my wife in a long time, food was great staff was at 100% . This event was so well organized for the people we absolutely loved this. we met some nice friends that we would like to meet at the next event when you have one. Again GGOD JOB TO ALL.

Chef Tello did a fantastic job pairing the cocktails with food selection for SIp and Savor. This truly will be on my radar for the next one!

We had a reservation for at least four days to go to Harrys for Magical Dining, Sunday the 21st but when we drove all the way there from Mount Dora it was closed. We managed to run into a gentleman that worked there, and he said it was close that day and the next. The Magical Dining website shows it open all 7 days as well as its own website. When we got in the garage we had to pay $29+ to park. We went to the hotel reservation desk to inquire about a refund, then we were sent to the parking valet desk, who had a fill out slip of paper and she said she would give the details to the manager the next day. We are still waiting for the refund to show up on our credit card statement. MY SUGGESTION...Call before you go.

The food, service and ambience was excellent. The view of the pool with nighttime breeze made for a perfect evening shared with friends. The ribeye with soy sauce brine was perfectly marbled and cooked even though it was a little thin. The mashed potatoes were Cuban seasoning and excellent. The waitress was very nice and knowledgeable.

We sat, ordered our drinks, ordered an appetizer.... a ROACH crawled down the wall into our corner booth.. my man killed it.... a 2nd and 3rd ROACH crawled down... we got up, we got the manager , let him see the critter crawl around the booth...we Left...UTTERLY DISGUSTING...the mgr said they were spraying the day before...This is not something I want to experience at anytime, especially while eating.....

I went for dinner during magical dining and from the moment we walked in the experience was horrible! Hostess had an attitude and the food was a complete let down. I ordered tostones as appetizer which were hard as a rock, followed by the salmon which was not fresh, salsa on top looked old, rice was cold and bland and salmon was also bland with no flavor! The only thing I ate was the sweet plantains. Our waitress was young and tried to provide good service and the most disappointing thing is that they still had the audacity to charge full price! I barely touched my meal since it was so bad. My friend ordered the steak and had the same experience! Will never be back and do not recommend this place! What a disappointment considering it’s part of the Rosen Center!!!

Wonderful experience. Me and my boyfriend were visiting Orlando and went because it was on the Magical restaurant week list. Unfortunately, by the time we caught an uber to the restaurant it was closing for the evening but Hector went over and beyond to take care of us. We ended up sitting at the bar inside of the hotel. Thank you for being sooo hospitable &kind Hector. Food & drinks were great. You truly made what could’ve been a bad situation a memorable one we won’t forgot. Praises to you and your establishment. I highly recommend this restaurant. 10/10!

It just wasn’t good. The fried stuff (conch fritters and fries) was good, but the steak sandwich was gas station quality. The service wasn’t great either. It just took a long time for the waitress to come by to greet us. She even got the table who sat down after us ordered before getting our order. Like, if you want fries and beer, go here. But keep expectations low because the food doesn’t look at all like the photos online

Got to meet the chef that came to our table and supervisor that came to check to make sure everything was ok. Our server Farrah was great too!

Excellent food, drink, and service. Adrienne always does a wonderful job. We appreciate her so much. Star of the food was the pork belly. Janet's, our server, as always was excellent.

This is a rare gem for a hotel restaurant. The food is great and gives an interesting mix of American & Caribbean flavors. There are familiar things if you have picky kids and some things a bit off the beaten path. I ate in the restaurant twice and got takeout two other times while we were there for a conference. Very reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. And try the chef’s tres leches, it’s delicious.

Finally the perfect HEALTHY and delicious jerk chicken and mango salad. Fantastic taste and large portion. High quality greens.
..after a day flight and plane pretzels much desired.
