Fantastic food and atmosphere. Attentive staff and great cocktails. The fried green tomato appetizer with poached egg and savory jam is unbelievable! Also highly, highly recommend the pork chop. No kids menu but they're very accommodating and will cook proteins off-menu (and serve with fries) on request.

This was my first time here and I had an amazing time. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The ladies took good care of us this evening. The food was phenomenal as well as the presentation. I feel like it's rare to find places that taste as good as it looks, this place definitely hit this mark.

This is for the bar only.

We stopped by during happy hour before our dinner reservation elsewhere. The restaurant looks good, maybe we will eat here next time.

Friendly bartenders and good house wine. The Old Fashioned was great too.

Great food. Expensive but great. The service was fantastic and the view (of the airport) was cool.

What a fantastic evening at Hemisphere! My husband and I stumbled into the Hyatt’s luxurious restaurant after a long day of delays and travel challenges, but were met with warm Floridian hospitality and kindness.

Located on the 9th floor of the hotel, Hemisphere offers creative dishes in a contemporary environment. I loved the unique twists on comfort favorites like the salmon, grilled cauliflower and burrata. We ate every inch of food on our plates!

Great option at MCO for diners with allergies. Thank you to Mark for ensuring that all my husband’s dishes were gluten-free! It was also a highlight to meet Chef Joaquin during our meal.

Hemisphere provides respite from the hustle of the airport downstairs alongside delicious cuisine and a sweeping view!

We had a wonderful meal here after our long car ride to the Hyatt Regency. Our 2 kids loved watching the planes take off outside, and the pork chop and pear salad were some of the best we've ever had!

I am sure many would not consider venturing to the Orlando International Airport for a dinner date? Why not? On the 9th floor of they Hyatt you will find a very semi-upscale, yet casual restaurant that has an overlooking view of airsides 2 and 4 on the east side of the terminal. You have great views of planes arriving and departing to many destinations in the US and the world. And the best part is, as they get to eat plane snacks, your most excellent server is ready to bring you some wonderful Chef creations that will please any palate. You can even create your own overnight stay-cation, as the airport does have some cool niche shopping, views and the great amenities of the Hyatt hotel. Men, here is your chance to show your romantic side, or just create one! My wife and I shared the Shrimp and Tostones app, which had the best butterflied cocktail shrimp with a Miso Avocado sauce. I had the whole fried Snapper, which was prepared perfectly, light crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. My wife had the Filet, which had a wonderful red center served with a slight Truffle flavored potato and red wine demi jus. The entire meal would compare with any other in the fine dining arena we enjoy in Orlando. Now, I will say the price point is a little higher than most, but with the ambiance of the room and the views you have, it is a unique place, I will say you should visit. They will even cover your parking. After dinner, if you want another great view. If around sunset, take the B Side terminal top elevator to the 11th floor and step out to the parking deck and take in the views of the "West Ramp" and everything from the I-Drive attractions to downtown Orlando.

A beautiful experience in a beautiful setting. Very nice to see the airlines take off and land. The restaurant if very clean, neat and orderly. The entire airport experience was beautiful and parking ez to find. All of our dishes were excellently prepared. We ordered scallops, fish and the steak dish along with tempura vegetables. The server "Slavik" ? was excellent and very attentive. We opted for desert at another place so we skipped that. The prices were fair and equivalent as to any good sit door table cloth restaurant. I would highly recommend the hotel and restaurant for anyone looking to stay in or near the airport. Simply beautiful.

The food itself was very cold, even though it was on a heater there also wasn’t a lot of options. It seemed like the Mother’s Day menu posted boasted a lot of classics and other options. I just didn’t see that portrayed . The biggest thing was pastries and a charcuterie board, and they had more desserts than anything. Very overpriced for $90pp & the tip was like $50-$60. The service was impeccable. She was on it with the mimosas and changed the flavor whenever I ask, we were seated promptly and right in front of the runway so my kids really enjoyed their first time seeing the plane takeoff but unfortunately, I will not be back to eat here

Local resident, first-time guest. We went for Mothers Day Brunch, here are our thoughts: -- Food was good, but overpriced (almost normal given the day, lots of places do that). The offerings were normal, omelet station was small, desserts were very good and plentiful -- Service was extremely good, everyone was very nice, talked to us, explained how the menus and the regular restaurant worked, etc. Really really nice point -- Ambiance is good, you do see the airport runways, planes, trams, etc. Nicely decorated, something different -- Make sure you park at the hotel main entrance valet, NOT at the regular hotel parking (which is part of airport garages and therefore can be very full/unavailable) We would go back and check this restaurant at their regular operation/hours, therefore for us it was an overall enjoyable experience
