Our server was exceptional! The crawfish chowder is a must. I had the lamb chops and my wife had the filet. Everything was perfect, not rushed at all.

The restaurant was beautiful. The food was delicious. Our Waitress was so sweet! I believe her name is Natalia. She showed us a great time and her service was on point. I definitely recommend this place for a date night and they will validate your parking ticket

They do such a good job with the food here. Very well thought out and executed. I really enjoy eating at this establishment.

Great food and outstanding service. Nice views of the airport runways and a very nice wine list.

Nice location. Romantic. Expensive and portions a bit small for the price. $7 each for appetizer meatballs for example. Wait staff excellent.

Natalia was the most excellent server, she guided us through the menu, the happy hour, and the drinks and wine list. They just started their fall menu and everything was terrific. The food quality was outstanding and presented in a very aesthetically pleasing fashion. Obviously the view is more than entertaining- I t's part of the draw, but the interior of the restaurant is very, very appealing as well. Can't wait to do it again.

As a foodie I love trying new places out. This was not on my bucket list but it definitely deserves kudos. Compliments to the chef and sous chef who did an amazing job on the delicious courses. A big thank you to the staff that made this whole experience even better. It will definitely put a dent in the wallet but well worth it. Thank you, Alex.

Wow - can't believe we didn't know this OUTSTANDING restaurant was here all these years. Lived in O-town for 20+ years and now I can say good (no GREAT things) come to those who wait. Dined her recently for Magical Dining and had a truly 4-star experience. We had the Snapper with jasmine rice (a WOW), the crawfish clam chowder (this is mandatory), the tempura vegetables (light and delicious) and for dessert had the Honey semifreddo and Peach Pastel de Nata. Both desserts were again 4-stars ! The wait staff were all extremely courteous, helpful to explain the menu and provided prompt attention and service. Not only would we go back again - next time we will stay overnight in the hotel so we can take advantage of their impressive cocktail menu. This is a place where you will NOT regret having your next dining experience

An Outstanding Dining Experience. Took advantage of the Magical Dining to try this restaurant - lived here for 20+ years and never heard of this restaurant. This is a MUST-VISIT if you enjoy great food !!

We had dinner at Hemisphere as part of their Magical Dining experience. The restaurant was hard for us to find, and we had to forego their offered complimentary valet because we couldn't find it. Our reservation was at 7, and we arrived maybe 10 mins afterward. The hostess was absolutely lovely, and offered to validate our parking without being asked. I mentioned in my reservation that I need a specific kind of chair, and the hostess made sure that I was absolutely comfortable before bringing us water and saying our server would be by soon. We did not meet our server until 30 mins later. I ordered a sangria, and we both ordered our meals; however, my husband was told that they had just ran out of the whole snapper entree, which was really the reason we chose this restaurant. Other tables around us sat after us but were served before us...maybe we could have gotten the snapper if we were able to order sooner. The food itself was excellent in flavor. My personal favorite were the desserts. We did, however, have more issues with the service during our meal. A different server brought us our appetizer, and then someone else brought our entrees. Both of these ladies were very nice and knowledgeable when asked about the food. Our server, we only saw maybe 3 more times. He did not refill our water until asked, and we had empty dishes sitting on our table until the next portion was brought out. I also had to box my own leftovers, and then was not given a bag- that seems snobby, but at this price point I absolutely expect the service to be top tier. The restaurant is gorgeous, and the food is inspired. The atmosphere in general is beautiful, too. Unfortunately, the service we received (specifically from our server, not the others that helped) soured the experience for us.

Drove to the Hyatt Regency entrance at the Orlando International Airport (B side), and was met with friendly valet staff - very welcoming! The restaurant is on the top floor with a GREAT view of planes landing and departing. The dining room is VERY comfortable, with a huge picture window of the runways. THIS IS NOT TYPICAL AIRPORT FOOD. The menu was unique and special, customized to the season. The flavors were amazing, the presentation was unbelivable , and the service was impeccable! They validate parking, so there was no charge for the valet other than the gratuity. It was hard to believe the hustle and bustle of MCO airport was a few floors beneath us, considering the ambiance of this venue! Definitely worth a trip to the airport when you are not planning to fly out!
