Good views with good food. Hemisphere Restaurant is located on the top floor of the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport. Very convenient elevated dining at the airport outside security. You can watch the planes take off while you drink, snack & eat. It has floor-to-ceiling windows of night skies dotted with planes in the pattern.Inside, there is a fantastic lit up wine walls with a bar.I had the cheese plate, the chipotle ceasar salad and the cauliflower. All were really good.

The steak was one of the best I've had in a long time! All of our entrees were delicious! Service was excellent! Just know that the menu prices on Open Table are way out of date. Filet is now $72... but worth it!

The pricing is outrageous. I'd pay these prices for food that was worth it but this is not. We were told the new menus just came out and that these prices were just changed. Sounds like servers are telling people to talk to the managers because they agree and they can't do anything even though they know it's ridiculous. It's sad because all you're doing is a one time money grab but no one would come back. Had we not sat down already we would have left. Food choices were ok and food quality was worth about half the cost of those meal prices. A glass of wine was $40 for a basic one. Everything was at least 20-40 over priced per item Last time for us

Overall excellent food. Expensive, but expected given the location, views and higher end food experience. The only complaint was the main service personnel not being supplemented with water and plate clearing staff.

Service was impeccable! Our server Monica was so kind and well informed of the food and beverage menu. She made sure to make my husband feel extra special on his birthday. We loved the food and drinks. It was fun to see the airplanes take off and land!

Not sure of opening yourself up to airport traffic and travelers is worth it. The view is only of the runway, no sunset. It was actually nicest once it was totally dark as the airport lights began to come on. The decor is simple but nice. I don't understand why there was no background music in the place. Lack of ambiance is the biggest reason for the low overall score. Sherry our waitress was wonderful. The check in staff were so patient with us as we attempted to find the valet spot which made us late for our reservation.

Great restaurant!! The view is amazing-- you can watch airplanes take off and land, and you can watch the Brightline trains, the trams, and the cars pass -- it's all very cool to watch. The drinks and the food are also amazing-- we had the scallops and salmon on this particular occasion. The service was also fantastic -- the staff are very friendly and attentive. Directions here are a bit of a challenge since Google Maps tries to take you to the perpetually-jammed Terminal A to access the Hyatt (Hemisphere is at the airport Hyatt), but you can access the hotel's parking lot via Terminal B, which is much more manageable. The restaurant also validates parking -- just make sure to ask your waiter to do that before you leave.Parking: There is parking available in the hotel parking lot, which usually costs to use, but if you ask the restaurant staff to validate your parking lot, it's free

Our family enjoyed one of the most delicious meals we have ever had here. Food was cooked perfectly, staff was kind and attentive, and the chef even came out to our table to speak with us and accommodate our many food allergies (gluten and dairy). The chef even shared a recipe for a sauce with us that we really loved. And the ambience with the planes taking off and landing out the huge glass window? An experience not to be missed.

First-time visitor to this incredible hidden secret at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport. The atmosphere and ambiance were very relaxing. The food and the service were incredible. Our server was on point every time. The views from the 9th floor were amazing. Definitely will be returning.

We were spending one night at this hotel (Hyatt MCO) and discovered that this restaurant offers some high end wines by the glass so we ordered a few glasses after we had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. If we were staying here another night, we would definitely have dinner here as well. The menu looks very good and the atmosphere is very nice, with unique views of the MCO runway. The service provided by Natalia was excellent as well.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The entire staff was very pleasant. The octopus was delicious! The whole snapper had scales on it still and it was not seasoned but besides that, I would definitely dine here again.

It's a lovely restaurant if you want to break away from the noise of the airport and watch the planes in the runway. I came right when they opened at 5 last night and was kindly greeted by 2-3 people at the hostess stand. My drink was was fresh and delicious. The only negative was that the bartender was not a very happy woman so consequently not exactly friendly which was unfortunate. Otherwise a great experience!

Everything was amazing. Service was A++, just feel like they were a bit light on the portions. For example, my friend and I split a shrimp cocktail appetizer and it was only 2 shrimp....very delicious and pretty but I think they could have sprung for 4 shrimp for the price.

Has to be one of the best kept secrets in Orlando fine dining. Our server was Mark, who could explain the recipes on some unusual items that were offered that were fabulous. The Chef Joaquin came by to check on our dinner and was pleased we were very pleased. We even had another patron stop at our table and commented how he loved the restaurant and he lived in New Hampshire, but this was his favorite restaurant. We will be back as often as possible.
