This place hits every time. Too bad it’s ending
We booked a very large group for their afternoon tea party. We were sold on a high end tea party concept that had a character interaction. For that and the decor it would have been worth the high cost. Unfortunately pretty much every facet of the experience was poor. The management has been given a chance to respond and doesn't seem to care so I'm sharing this here because people should be aware.
