I tried to go there multiple times and it’s always closed. It says different information on different resources, different time of operation and even that it’s closed but nothing on their site/ door/ instagram about closing! It’s disappointing and frustrating. Noone answers the phone either.

If you’re obsessed with Alice in Wonderland like I am, this place is a dream come true!
HighT Tea was absolutely magical — I couldn’t stop taking pictures. Every detail, from the seating and tables to the terrace and even the restroom, was beautifully themed. It truly felt like stepping into Wonderland.

Getting in was part of the adventure — it’s a bit tricky to find the entrance, which honestly adds to the charm. Like finding the hidden door into a secret world!

There were tons of cocktail options, all creative and fun, but when I visited, there was only one bartender, so you have to walk up to order and wait a bit. But with vibes this good, I didn’t mind.

Highly recommend for anyone who loves themed bars, magical vibes, and Instagrammable moments!

This place hits every time. Too bad it’s ending

Wish I knew how cool it was, but this Alice walked all the way up the stairs and the mad hatter denied entry on a Saturday night. And then specified to close the door all the way on the way out. Wow. 0/10 would not recommend.

ITS A SCAM. The food was a set menu for the wicked event that they hosted. But multiple parties had not shown meaning more food. We asked for a few more scones it took about 30 minutes, and asking 4 people to get 2 more. They “forgot” our jellies and butters for the tier trey, others tables had them. We asked for tea about 5 times for refills due to waiter ignoring our table but coming to the two in-front of us. The refills took about 15-20 minutes each time to get it, forcing people to get 20 dollar drinks at the bar instead of giving us tea at a tea event. There was an actor of the wizard that went around to every table and skipped us, it is a small place so it does not take much time to go to everyone. We asked to move due to sitting us at the bar, another party also moved due to no shows, both of us were ignored by staff. The table they moved us to was in the very back with a statue of a bear behind it the arms reached out blocking space on the single bench that you could sit on. Bumped my head a few times on the bear arms even after moving the bench away from the bear it was still blocking sections of the small bench majorly. The “decoration” for wicked was simply in the food, green and red jello and stuff like that, and a electronic slide show in the front. The event has a $55 fee per adult. For 2 drinks an alcoholic and a mock-tail came out to be over 45 dollars. Also had extra hidden fees that they would not take off the bill such as non-disputable large party tip that was 22% (we were a party of 2) and “city fee tax”.

So pretty and very nice staff although they're UNDERSTAFFED. It's a slammed Saturday night and they have TWO BARTENDERS for dozens of people at the same time. Plus when there are events THEY CLOSE EARLY. So by 1120PM they're closed. You wasted your money and are locked out. Total BS. Drinks are well crafted and tasty. Staff is great and very polite. But DON'T DO THE EVENTS. They're A RIP OFF. You get better prices from just going to a random weekend and buying individual drinks. Or doing their brunch. The event stuff is just not worth it.

Had a vip reservation for 2, they changed our reservation time stating it was busy for the vip time frame that was booked. But on arrival NO vip, NO kitchen staff to provide food. The manager stated it was a slow period so they staff accordingly but the bartender informed us that he was the only one there and it was no kitchen stuff at all they all quit one month ago. Well I'm upset because it's false advertisement on the website. The manager refunded our money and we did get a round of free drinks the place was beautiful the bartender was nice but be aware there's no VIP and no kitchen staff currently.
