Overall Mid to be quite honest. Influencers got us here but let us down.
Food was, hate to say it, quite flavorless.
Presentation was great.
We ordered:
Wagyu box
Wagyu dumplings
Tiger salad
Wagyu sandwich
Fried mushrooms
It’s like they forgot the salt on everything.
Wagyu box, the food was lukewarm at best.
Cocktails were excellent though.
Can’t speak to the hotpot but probably won’t be back to try it, maybe just some drinks. Service was good, server was attentive. The vibe is cool.

This restaurant has amazing food!! The quality of everything we ate was exceptional, and tasted so delicious. Highly recommend the Wagyu Sandwich, the Lumpia, and the Dumplings.
Thank you to Shirley for taking such good care of us. She was so warm, and helpful. My husband and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary, and she made our night even more delightful!

Food selection and options are slim but probably Hinabe has the intention of focusing on their specialty, wagyu beef. The food was somewhat tasty for those who have an average standard. Other Asian restaurants in town are more authentic, flavourful, and provide a higher level of Asian culinary experience.
I am assuming that Hinabe’s intention was to provide a classy 5-star dining experience, setting them apart from other Asian restaurants by having their servers unveil a memorable culinary performance. However, our experience fell very flat. Our server was not quite familiar with the menu, did not know the fish they were serving, referred to the scallops as hamachi, did not know how to turn on the burner for the hotpot, etc. We waited 30 minutes for our broth to boil because we learned that the burner was not actually turned on. The server put more broth because he thought it will make it boil faster but of course it just prolonged the process. Everything was underwhelming. It is well overpriced for a very flat culinary experience.
Overall, it’s not a restaurant for Asians or those who really know and appreciate true Asian upscale dining experience.
It is a restaurant for those who would like to have sake and have a hangout place to have overpriced hotpot soup. I don’t think we will go back.

Amazing hidden gem in DP, but I'm trying to get the word out. Wagyu is the star, and when you start with a great product, you don't need to mess with it too much. As long as you execute the accompaniments (which they did), it'll be great.
Won't bother posting pics, it's the same as everyone else's. Everything is delicious. Just pull up.

Hinabe is incredible!! The wagyu sando is perfectly crispy and tender and the pho is packed with flavor. Also don’t sleep on the drinks — the Vietnamese coffee martini is INCREDIBLE. Easily one of my favorite spots to eat and drink!

We really enjoyed our visit to Hinabe! The wagyu dishes were the highlight, tender and full of flavor, and the hot pot made for a fun dining experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the speakeasy style entrance through the ice cream shop gave it such a unique vibe!

Hinabe is hands down Orlando’s best speakeasy! It’s always a win in my book if there is ice cream involved. Phenomenal service from every. single. staff. member. They truly take pride in the companies values. The food is superior quality. Their hot pot is delicious , the A5 Wagyu is mouthwatering the ambience is such a vibe. I came when it was in soft opening so have not had a chance to try their bar drinks but that is definitely my next date night / girls night out! I cannot wait to try their martinis & margaritas!
