I enjoyed the ultra Pina Colada and the grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich had a lovely mango glaze that made any other condiments unnecessary. The staff was unobtrusive yet attentive. Will definitely return next time in Orlando.

Always seems the staff our upset or frustrated. No smiles or eye contact. Food is always good and quick. At every airport I get this disdain for customers. Crazy for the prices charged.

I'm totally disgusted! While in the men's room at the orlando airport I noticed this employee of h.M.S host used the men's urinal And not even think about washing his hands. He didn't even look in.The direction of the sinks he walked straight out of the bathroom and onto the floor and probably to the back of one of these kitchens cooking food with his dirty unwashed hands touching his private parts. Filthy!

You need to put your leadership in check at JAX. Two issues at two different restaurants. One said that they haven’t been ordering hash browns so I couldn’t order the sandwich I wanted at BurgerFi, switched at the servers recommendation. Then at the other they said they have been telling management for a week about the price issue but then proceeded to charge me $.50 more because that’s the price in the system but not on the board. Your front line team shouldn’t have to deal with customer issues and issues with management. Horrible! Plus for an eco friendly company, one breakfast sandwich and four pieces of trash.

Jannnett was the best bartender I have had in years. I had a horrible experience at the Orlando airport because of horrible frontier airline service, however she completely changed my mood for the day and made me excited to be here even thought I have to spend the next 24 hours here for no reason. As long as they have bartenders like her I will always stop by this bar when I’m in town.

Sat at the bar.. the seating wait time was around 30 mins. We had to keep an eye on seating because the host wasn't observant. Also there are gnats present.
