Dec 2025 - Breaktime back at the Hogs Head. We enjoyed our Beers and snacks watching the people and roller coasters pass by the castle. A surprise moment occurred when the Weasley-costumed guests we saw yesterday appeared and joined us at our table. They were Americans from the Midwest who come very often to the park in their Weasley disguise.

Ah, the Hogs Head- named for its decor of a literal magical moving Hogs Head right behind the register at the bar.
This dark and stoic bar is located in Hogsmeade Village at Islands of Adventure, right next to the Three Broomsticks restaurant.
It’s actually one of the few places to get a hot butter beer for those rare chilly Florida days. You can get regular butterbeer as well of course, but I wouldn’t recommend getting it here as it’s more expensive. I think they add a tip for the bartenders on- sogst your regular butterbeer at the stands outside.
As this is a bar, you can get other alcoholic offerings: beer, wine, mixed drinks and then water of course. Also, ask the bartender if the hog can say hi. Trust me.

I've been lucky to never encounter a long line here during normal leasing m operating hours.
I usually get butter beer, hot and cold, and can easily find a seat in or outside. The staff is awesome and is a great retreat from the heat.

We came for lunch and ordered the feast, and it was fantastic, and the food came out quickly, 15 minutes. Came back the next morning for breakfast and waited over 50 minutes after ordering for food and drinks. They indicated they were short staffed, but food was cool when we got it. It was unacceptable.

This place is amazing in islands of adventure my favorite bar by far, I want to give a shout out to Rick for making us amazing drinks and for his amazing customer service thank you Rick! The butter beer was so good that I came back for more, we had a few sex on the beach, amaretto sour, beers everything was great, if you come to island you need to stop by here i highly recommend this bar and restaurant!

This place is great. I got to try all the beers on their menu over the course of our stay, all of which were great. Wizards brew and dragon scale were my top two. Service was great each day we went, they were really nice and accommodating, very quick to get in and out.
